Pope Leo XIV meets Couples for Christ Chairman, Bro. Jose "Joe" Yamamoto and his wife Sis. Mila Yamamoto at Vatican City during his first General Audience on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

Bro. Joe presented a gift to Pope Leo XIV then he pointed to the crowd to show where the CFC Members who are also present in the audience. The CFC congregation cheered as the Holy Father gazed towards them.

Thank you Msgr. Dr. George Kwame Kumi for your life of service the the Church and in the Diocese of Sunyani. Your shoes will be hard to fill. We remember you for your kindness, generosity and support you have given to Couples for Christ Ghana and the CFC Missionaries who served in the Diocese of Sunyani. You will be greatly missed.
