Theme: Faith to Journey in God’s Direction

Drawing from the journey of the Israelites, Pastor Henry Mishiwo reminded us that God’s direction does not always lead through the easiest path. Sometimes, He leads us into unfamiliar places and through seasons that feel like a wilderness—not to abandon us, but to prepare us for His promises.

He encouraged us to trust God’s leading, avoid shortcuts, and patiently submit to the process. While the journey may be challenging, God remains present every step of the way. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, every wilderness season has a purpose, and in God’s perfect time, He will reveal and elevate those who faithfully endure.

Key takeaway: Don’t rush your season. Trust God’s direction, embrace the journey, and be patient—He will lead you to your promised land.

Minister: Pastor Sampson Elikem Jakes

Drawing inspiration from John 1:41–46, Pastor Jakes reminded us that no one is too insignificant for God to use. Just as many questioned whether anything good could come from Nazareth and Galilee, God chose those very places to reveal His glory and purpose.

No matter your background, family, or where you come from, God is able to raise you, rewrite your story, and make you a testimony. Put your trust in the Lord, He cannot be limited.
