Aps. Samuel Edzii Davidson Launches Discipleship Manual for SOM

The Area Head of the Sefwi Wiawso Area of The Church of Pentecost, Aps. Samuel Edzii Davidson, together with the Area Pastorate, on Thursday, September 10, 2026, launched a Discipleship Manual for the Schools Outreach Ministry (SOM).

The manual, which will serve as a guide for the Ministry's facilitators, is designed to help raise a new generation of young people who will be equipped with Kingdom values and lifestyle to transform their world.

Apostle Davidson noted that the rich content of the manual will serve as a comprehensive guide for SOM facilitators and will be a blessing to students.

Aps. Samuel Edzii Davidson Launches Soul Winners Card for Effective Evangelism

The Area Head for the Sefwi Wiawso Area, Aps. Samuel Edzii Davidson, has initiated and launched a Soul Winners Card in support of the 800,000 Souls Church Growth Project initiated by the Chairman of the Church, Aps. Dr. Eric Nyamekye.

The card is to be used to collect basic essential data of converts who receive Christ as their Lord and personal Saviour.

A total of 8,000 cards have been printed and distributed to members across the Area to facilitate the exercise.

Speaking during the launch, Aps. Davidson encouraged all members to get involved in the commission of Jesus to the Church — to win souls and disciple them(Mtt 2819-20). He added that members with the highest number of souls won would be rewarded.

Aps. Samuel Edzii Davidson joined the Juaboso Area for a special Welcome Service in honour of Aps. David Kwabena Dorsu and his family as he officially takes over the mantle to steer the affairs of the Area as the new Area Head.

The service was held on Sunday, 6th September 2026, at the Juaboso Central Auditorium.

We warmly welcome Aps. David Kwabena Dorsu and family to the Juaboso Area and pray for God’s wisdom, grace and strength as they begin this new chapter of service.
