Parents’ Day Celebration
The Emmanuel Congregation today celebrated Parents' Day as was done worldwide by all Congregations of PCG. The children truly shone as they led the service with confidence and beauty, representing the theme "Preparing the Children for Mission," which was powerfully preached by Rev. S.K.A. Appiah, the District and Minister in Charge.
Our young ones brought today’s service to life, with some dressed as Reverend Ministers, Catechists, Ushers, Men's and Women's Fellowship, YPG, and YAF. Their exciting energy was contagious. The service was enhanced with warm poem recitals, insightful history about the various Generational groups in the Church, and inspiring Bible readings led by the children.
We are so proud of our Children’s Service for their enthusiasm and leadership, reminding us all of the importance of nurturing the next generation for God's mission. A big thank you to the teachers who prepared the children, and everyone who made this day unforgettable!

THEME: YOU ARE THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD Read (John 8:12)

You're the Light of the world. This simply means that the world is covered with darkness just as it was before the WORD (Jesus Christ) changed everything. The world is in darkness again, but this time, with scammers, corruption, abortions, murder, adultery and others.

This is the reason Christ came; to be a source of light for us, that is, to emulate him so that we can live like he did. And that is the LIGHT.

Be that kind of light 💡 as Jesus was on earth for God's glory, amen.
