*📌YOUTH CAMP 2018 EXPOSITION📌*
*The Glory of God is not just a theological concept to be learned: it is a reality that can and must be continually experienced by the Believer. Sadly, the coldness of our day has made it look as if the Glory died with the Ancient Believers. Yet, the Glory, life in fullness and rivers of abundance are realities God expects us to daily experience.* This coldness is gradually catching up on most members of the Body of Christ and this calls for a *mighty Revival (A mighty sweeping of the ancient fire)* once more. In agreement with the Holy Spirit the leadership of the Youth Ministry ended up with the theme *Standing In The Gap For The Brethren* to communicate to the Church the urgency with which the *youth ought to rise to the occasion and demonstrate to a dying world that there is Life abd abundance in God.*
Growing up in my walk with God, i often asked myself why there was so much darkness prevailing when Jesus had told us He was the light of the world and that all power in Heaven and on earth had been given unto Him. How could it be that Light was in absolute control of the earth's territory and yet it experienced all these frustrations and intense dramatic horror and terror. I saw many Christians suffer in pain, shame,beaten by sicknesses and diseases, frustrated and beaten down by the whips of hell, when in reality their Lord had said he would build His Church and the gates of hell could not prevail against its advancement. This kept bothering me for months.
I began to engage Heaven for the reason for all these, with intense heart of petition till the Heavens broke open one day and exposed me to the revelation of Ezekiel 22:30, how that by the Christian's life the earth could experience absolute life of peace and joy or a fierce cloud of darkness and doom.
Ezekiel 22:30 says, *"And I sought for a man* among them who should build up the wall and *stand in the gap before Me for the Land,* that I should not destroy it, *but I found none."* There and then I realised *Heaven was not in lack of supply but there were not enough vessels and conduits to become channels of supply to the earth.* The Bible says, all creation groans and waits for the manifestation of the Sons of God. Brethren we are the light of our families, we are the light of our nation, we are the light of the world. The earth is without hope outside the Church. It is time we rise and make manifest the Life of God (Zoe) we carry by standing in the gap. Many are perishing, the church is stagnant, the youth are waxing cold, only those with a sincere hunger for the Kingdom can initiate the Change required.
I have seen many pray for God to use them which is an evidence of genuine hunger for change. But let me say this, *'God is more interested in using you than you can even ask of Him. The problem is the availability of the vessel'* This is why the youth camp is here once again this year *to expose you to an atmosphere that will ignite the ancient fire once again in you.*
*You cannot afford to miss this mighty wind of revival the Church is about experiencing.* I am fully charged for this year's camp and I believe you are too. God bless you!
