Today’s Empowerment Service was powerfully led by D.Y. Opare on the topic “The God of Increase.” He explained that every human being desires growth, expansion, and fruitfulness, but true increase comes from God alone.

Teaching from 1 Corinthians 3:6–7, he emphasized that man has the responsibility to plant the seed, while God has the ultimate authority to give the increase. Though Paul planted and Apollos watered, it was God who caused the growth. This teaches us that human effort must be partnered with divine intervention for true increase to occur.

From 2 Corinthians 9:10, he explained that God is the supplier of the seed. God gives every individual a seed in the form of gifts, talents, opportunities, resources, ideas, time, and abilities. It is therefore the responsibility of the individual to identify the seed God has given and sow it diligently for increase to come.

Drawing lessons from Isaiah 51:1–2, he encouraged believers to look at Abraham and Sarah, whom God called alone and multiplied greatly. This shows that God specializes in bringing increase even from small beginnings.

Using Genesis 24:34–35, he further demonstrated how God blessed Abraham abundantly in livestock, silver, gold, servants, and possessions, proving that divine increase touches every area of life.

The message strongly reminded us that increase is not accidental. God supplies the seed, man must sow faithfully, and God releases the increase in His own appointed time. As believers, we must recognize our God-given seeds, use them wisely, and trust God for multiplication and growth.

Today’s Empowerment Service was led by Rev Prince Afari Mintah on the topic “Don’t Be Anxious, Anxiety Kills.” The teaching encouraged believers to trust God completely and refuse to allow fear, worry, and anxiety to take control of their hearts and minds.

Reading from Philippians 4:4–7, he explained that God calls us to rejoice always, pray about everything, and present our requests to Him with thanksgiving. When we do this, the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

From Proverbs 12:25, we were reminded that anxiety weighs down the heart, but a good word brings joy and encouragement. He emphasised the importance of speaking positive words, meditating on God’s promises, and surrounding ourselves with faith-filled encouragement.

Quoting Habakkuk 3:17, he taught that even when situations seem difficult and nothing appears to be working, believers must still maintain their trust and confidence in God. Our joy and peace should not depend on circumstances, but on God's faithfulness.

The message was a strong reminder that anxiety destroys peace, faith, and spiritual strength, but confidence in God brings hope, stability, and victory. We were encouraged to cast every burden upon the Lord and live each day in faith and gratitude.

The Empowerment Service held today was conducted in conjunction with the celebration of Mother’s Day. Lady Reverend Patricia Adusah King delivered a discourse on the theme of "Honouring and Appreciating Mothers,” grounded in the scripture from Ephesians 6:1, which states, "Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right."

She emphasised the significance of respecting, honouring, and appreciating mothers for their sacrifices, love, prayers, and dedication to both family and society. She highlighted that mothers are divine gifts from God who nurture, support, and influence destinies through care and divine wisdom.

Drawing inspiration from the virtues of the Proverbs 31 woman, she described her as diligent, caring, wise, prayerful, and a pillar of strength within her household. She urged women and aspiring mothers to emulate these qualities by leading lives characterised by diligence, humility, faithfulness, and reverence for God.

The service was marked by an atmosphere of joy, honour, and appreciation as we celebrated all mothers and recognised their invaluable contributions to family, church, and nation. It is indeed true that mothers are blessings, and their recognition and reverence should be observed every day.

Today’s Empowerment Service was led by Apostle Onyameakoa SK Opoku on the theme God’s Family. He led us in powerful prayers as a family of believers and took us through deep teachings on the understanding that the House of God is the Family of God.

He explained that God’s family is not only based on physical or earthly relationships but is established through obedience to the Word of God. Jesus made this clear when He said, “My mother and my brothers are those who hear God’s word and put it into practice” (Luke 8:19–21). This shows that true family in God is built on faith, obedience, and spiritual connection.

Referring to Genesis 3:7–12, he showed how the fall of man affected the original relationship between God and man, bringing separation and blame among family members. Yet, God’s purpose remains to restore man back into His divine family.

From Matthew 13:55, he highlighted how Jesus was known by His earthly family, but His greater mission was to reveal the spiritual family of God where all believers are united.

The teaching reminded us that the church is not just a gathering place, but the household of faith—the true Family of God. As members of this family, we must love one another, pray together, support one another, and most importantly, hear and obey the voice of God.

Today’s Empowerment Service was led by Onyameakoa SK Opoku on the topic God’s Family. He helped us understand that God never intended for man to be alone, but rather to live in fellowship, unity, and divine relationship. Drawing our attention to Genesis 1:26–29, he explained that from the very beginning, God created man in His own image and gave him dominion, purpose, and the blessing of fruitfulness.

This teaches us that family is part of God’s divine plan. God established relationships so that man would experience love, support, companionship, and spiritual growth. As believers, we are not only connected by blood relations but also as members of God’s household, united in faith and purpose.

The message reminded us that being part of God’s family means living in love, responsibility, and obedience to His will. We are called to reflect His nature, care for one another, and walk together in harmony as one body in Christ.

Today’s Empowerment Service was powerfully led by D.Y. Opare, who ministered on the profound topic “Worship at His Feet.”

Drawing from Luke 10:38–42, John 11:32, and John 12:1–3, he opened our understanding to the depth and essence of true worship. Throughout Mary's life, we saw a consistent posture of devotion—always found at the feet of Jesus—demonstrating a life fully yielded to Him.

He highlighted that worship at His feet is not merely an act, but a posture of the heart characterised by intimacy, submission, learning, and transformation. It is in that place of closeness that we receive divine instruction, experience genuine change, and grow into deeper fellowship with Christ.

The message called the church into a deeper walk with God—beyond routine, into a place of sincere devotion and surrendered living.

May the Lord draw us closer to His feet, cultivate in us a heart of true worship, and cause our lives to continually reflect intimacy and transformation in His presence.

To God be all the glory. 🙏🏽✨

Today’s Empowerment Service was awesome and deeply impactful, led by Lady Rev. Patricia Adusah King, who ministered on the powerful topic “New Beginning.”

She opened our understanding to the truth that through the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ, peace has been made available to humanity, and with it comes the opportunity for a fresh start. She emphasised that in Christ, no life is beyond renewal—there is always grace for a new beginning.

Drawing from 1 Peter 2:10, she reminded us that we who were once not a people have now become the people of God, and we who had not obtained mercy have now obtained mercy. This highlights the transforming power of Christ’s finished work.

She further charged that if we continue to remain in our old ways, then we fail to benefit from the sacrifice of Christ fully. A true encounter with Him must be reflected in a changed life—one that embodies righteousness, purpose, and a renewed identity.

The message stirred hearts and called the church into a place of reflection, repentance, and transformation.

May the Lord grant us the grace to walk in the fullness of our new identity in Christ, and may every day mark a true new beginning in our lives.

To God be all the glory. 🙏🏽✨

Today marked the glorious climax of our Easter Convention with a powerful Empowerment Service at Grace Tabernacle of All Nations, as we celebrated Resurrection Sunday.

Prophet K**i Antwi delivered a thought-provoking message titled “Refuse to Be Blamed” (also emphasized as “Refuse to Be Refused”), drawing insights from Matthew 24:1–3. He highlighted a striking contrast in the events surrounding the resurrection of Jesus.

Despite walking closely with Jesus and hearing Him speak about His resurrection, the disciples struggled with unbelief. Instead of approaching the tomb with faith, praise, and expectation, they came with spices to embalm His body—acting as though all hope was lost. This act symbolized a mindset of finality, as though the story had ended, rather than a posture of expectation for the fulfillment of His word.

On the other hand, the soldiers, though unbelievers, displayed a form of alertness and expectation by sealing the tomb with a heavy stone and keeping watch, anticipating the possibility of His resurrection.

This powerful message challenged us to examine our faith and posture as believers. We were encouraged to rise above doubt, walk in unwavering faith, and refuse to be counted among those who fail to believe what God has spoken.

Indeed, it was a life-transforming service, filled with revelation, conviction, and empowerment.
