DAY 13 — SEEK FIRST
Matthew 6:33
“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness…”
Jesus gives us the correct order.
Seek first.
Not seek everything first and God later.
Not pursue success first and ask God to bless it later.
Not build the kingdom of self and then give God the leftovers.
God first.
When the order is right, other things find their proper place.
These forty days are an opportunity to reorder our priorities.
TODAY'S EDEN STEP:
Before checking social media or beginning your normal routine, spend your first intentional moments with God.
PRAYER:
Father, reorder my priorities. Teach me to put Your kingdom first and trust You with everything else. Amen.
DECLARATION:
God is first in my life.

And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.
And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

DAY 10 — THE HUMILITY TO SAY, “I DON'T KNOW”
📖 Deuteronomy 29:29
“The secret things belong to the LORD our God…”
Faith begins where self-sufficiency ends.
We do not know everything.
We cannot see everything.
We cannot predict everything.
But God knows.
There are secret things that belong to Him and revealed things that belong to us.
Our responsibility is to obey what God has revealed and trust Him with what He has not.
You do not need to understand everything to trust God.
TODAY'S EDEN STEP:
Give God one unanswered question you have been worrying about and deliberately surrender it to Him.
PRAYER:
Lord, I surrender what I do not understand. Teach me to trust Your wisdom when I cannot see Your plan. Amen.
DECLARATION:
I trust the God who knows what I do not know

DAY 10 — CALL UNTO ME
Jeremiah 33:3
“Call to me and I will answer you…”
Prayer is an invitation from God.
He says:
Call.
Not because He does not know what you need, but because He desires relationship with you.
There are things you don't know.
There are things you cannot see.
There are answers you have not yet received.
And God says:
Call Me.
Prayer is where our limited understanding meets God's unlimited wisdom.
TODAY'S EDEN STEP:
Bring one matter you have been carrying alone before God today. Don't simply worry about it—pray about it.
PRAYER:
Lord, I call upon You. Answer me, guide me, and reveal what I need to know according to Your will. Amen.
DECLARATION:
I will call upon the Lord, and I will trust Him to lead me.

DAY 9 — RETURN TO THE ANCIENT PATHS
Jeremiah 6:16
“Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths…”
There are moments when we need to stop moving and start looking.
We live in a noisy world. Everyone has advice. Everyone has an opinion. Every voice is calling for our attention.
But God says:
“Ask for the ancient paths.”
Return to prayer.
Return to Scripture.
Return to holiness.
Return to obedience.
Return to faithfulness.
The ancient path may not be the fashionable path, but it remains God's path.
TODAY'S EDEN STEP:
Identify one biblical discipline you have neglected and deliberately restore it today.
PRAYER:
Lord, bring me back to the good way.
Give me courage to walk Your path even when another way appears easier. Amen.
DECLARATION:
I choose God's way over the world's way.

DAY 8 — SEEK HIS PRESENCE
📖 Exodus 33:15
“If your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here.”
Moses understood something many people learn too late:
God's presence is more important than God's presents.
We can desire the blessing so much that we forget the Blesser.
We can pursue the promise and neglect the Promiser.
We can ask for an open door without asking whether God is walking through it with us.
During these forty days, let our greatest prayer be:
“Lord, I want You.”
Not merely what You can give me.
Not merely what You can do for me.
You.
Because if God's presence goes with us, we can face whatever tomorrow brings.
TODAY'S EDEN STEP:
Spend ten minutes today simply worshipping God without asking Him for anything.
PRAYER:
Father, let Your presence become my greatest desire.
Teach me to value You above everything You can give me. Amen.
DECLARATION:
God's presence is my greatest treasure
