🌟 A Historic Milestone & Generational Legacy at GHAFES

On behalf of the Institute for Christian Impact (ICI), we extend our warmest fraternal greetings and congratulations to Mrs. Ama Asamoabea Elebru on her induction as the 7th Board Chairman—and the 1st female Chairman—of GHAFES.

This induction is deeply symbolic:
🔹 A Legacy Coming Full Circle: Ama is the daughter of Mr. R.B. Perbi (GHAFES’ 2nd Board Chairman, who stewarded the movement until 1989). Today, she takes up the baton.
🔹 A 60-Year Heritage: 60 years of raising disciples, sowing Scripture in students, and impacting the public sphere, healthcare, business, and Church leadership across Ghana.
🔹 Shared Roots: ICI is a proud witness to this fruitfulness, having been hosted as a program by GHAFES in 2003 before growing into an autonomous organization.

"What you have heard from me entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also." — 2 Timothy 2:2

Madam Chairman, as you take up this mantle, we pray that the Lord grants you wisdom, courage, and grace for this chapter. ICI pledges our continued prayers and partnership.

When we see our work as a calling and an opportunity to serve God, it gives greater meaning and purpose to what we do each day.

Let's carry this mindset into everything we do this week. Whatever your hands find to do, do it as unto the Lord. 🙏

Have a blessed and blissful week! 💙

“Your work is your service. Your desk is your altar.”
Ing. Magnus Quarshie, CEO, Delin Consult Ltd.

Powerful words shared at our Work and Sustenance Webinar!

Too often, we separate “church work” from “day work.” But faith was never meant to be left at the church door.

Wherever God has placed you, that is your ministry field.

Whether you’re in the office, on site, or working remotely, God can use your skills, excellence, integrity, and influence to impact lives and advance His Kingdom.

So this week, show up with purpose. Work with excellence. Lead with integrity. Serve with faith.

Your workplace is not just where you earn a living. It can also be where you live out your calling.

🔥 Your work is service. Your desk is your altar.

Have a blessed and blissful week!

Too often, we separate our daily profession from our spiritual calling. But as Ing. Magnus Quarshie shared during our recent Work & Sustenance Webinar, true impact happens when we bring kingdom-minded excellence into every assignment given to us.
Whatever task is placed in your hands today—do it with excellence!

At the recent Work & Sustenance Webinar hosted by the Institute for Christian Impact (ICI), Ing. Magnus Quarshie, CEO of Delin Consult Ltd., dropped a truth that every professional needs to hear:

"You don't need permission to be honest, to be excellent, to be faithful, to be diligent."

So often, we wait for the right title, the right salary, the right recognition before we bring our best selves to work. But integrity is not a reward for promotion; it is the foundation of it.
Honesty. Excellence. Faithfulness. Diligence. These are not corporate perks — they are personal decisions. And when Christian professionals embrace them daily, we don't just build careers... we build a brighter Africa.

Purpose gives direction. Conviction gives strength. The Kingdom gives meaning.

As you go through this week, let your decisions be guided by God’s purpose, your actions shaped by godly conviction, and your life reflect the values of the Kingdom you represent.

Lead where you are. Influence those around you. Shine as a faithful ambassador of Christ.

Have a fruitful and impactful week ahead.

Your actions this week are shaping more than outcomes—they are shaping influence.

Every decision you make, every word you speak, and every responsibility you carry leaves an impact on the people around you. Influence is not built in a moment; it is formed through consistent choices made with integrity, wisdom, and purpose.

As you begin this week, remember that God has placed you where you are for a reason. Let your actions reflect His character and your leadership point others toward excellence and truth.

Have a fruitful and impactful week ahead.
