I used to think people were “difficult.”
Until I realized…
maybe they were just being led the wrong way.

Some people don’t need pressure…
they just need direction.
Some don’t need control…
they just need to be understood.

But we don’t pause to see the difference.
We just label them:
stubborn
slow
hard to manage
Incompetent

And slowly…
we start losing people we were supposed to grow.

I saw something recently that made it clear.
You don’t lead sheep the same way you lead goats.
One moves when guided.
The other moves when trusted.
Mix it up…
and you’ll frustrate both.

That’s how good people become difficult.
Not because they are the problem…
but because the leadership didn’t fit.

💭 So pause for a second
