WHY CHRIST CAME TO EARTH

Peace from our heavenly father be with us all. I thank you for being online today, today we are going to learn about why Christ came to this earth.

We have been told the main reason why
Christ was sent to this earth was to die for our sins and this teaching has been with us for long but I tell you the reason for Christ coming to this earth was preach the good news about the kingdom of God. Through all his teachings he kept talking about the kingdom of God and if you doubt me you check from all his teachings. This is a quotation that will prove to you that what I am saying is true (Luke 4:43). This is why the first message Jesus preached was "repent for the kingdom of God is at hand" (Matthew 4:17) and not rejoice I have come to die for your sins.

Christ himself never said I came to die for your sins. I know many will base on (Matthew 20:28) and say Christ died for our sins. But Christ died in order to preach the gospel to those in Hades in order to create equal balance in the sharing of the good news so as to save them from the wrath of God after judgment (1 Peter 4:5-6).

FAITH AND WORKS
Peace from our father in heaven who's grace is abundant to all be with us all. We thank the Lord for giving us today.

Today we are going to learn something small about faith and works.
Faith and works are two things that always walk together. We always say we have faith but what shows? 🤔🤔 it is the works you do that tells others that this man or woman is filled with faith.

For instance I am having a severe headache and one of you comes to visit me you didn't pray for me but when you were about to leave you then said I have faith that this sickness will disappear, then the question is can the faith you are talking about save me🤔🤔? No, this is because faith cannot work alone . It can only work when you put your faith into action. Let's read a quote from (Matthew 9:20-21).

The woman had faith but did she sat down and waited for her faith to heal her? No , she put her faith into action and bingo it worked perfectly for her.
So brethren, don't wait for your faith to act for but you act on your faith.

In a far kingdom there was a king who had a son.He loved his son to the extent that whatever his son asked he gave to him.Until one day when the king went to visit a nearby kingdom to see how they were farering.To his surprise the kingdom had been invaded by a mighty warrior who captured 80%of the people in the kingdom. The king decided to free these people but how, He brought together different thoughts and came into conclusion to give out his son. Since there was no way except giving out his son .So he gave his son to the warrior and took away the prisoners. The king then made the prisoners his children to to replace his beloved son.

NOTE:The king is God,his beloved son is Jesus Christ and the prisoners are the people of the world,the mighty warrior is Sin

This story is to show you how much God loves you by giving out his son Jesus Christ who sheared his blood on the cross of Calvary to save us from sin. What then Will you do for Him to show appreciation for what He has done for you.
