ONE THING CHRIST JESUS DIDN'T DO CONT'D

The Bible recorded 3 different times where Jesus wept (was in sorrow): Jesus wept over the city of Jerusalem as He approached it (Luke 19:41-42). In John 11:35, “Jesus wept” just before raising Lazarus from the dead. And then at Gethsemane, He testified that His soul was exceeding sorrowful unto death (Matt. 26:38-46). But, He never wept during His day of severe torture. Even when He saw the mourning of the Jerusalem women over His situation, He said to them, _"Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me; weep for yourselves and for your children" (Luke 23:28)_.

The only scene we saw Him cried with a loud voice was when He was forsaken by the Father (Matt. 27:46). Now what's the excruciating point here? Don't bemoan your pitiable situation. Whatever you're going through for the sake of Christ and the Gospel, rejoice and be glad, looking unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of your faith. The only thing you should lament about is when you see yourself separated from the Lord because of sin. Be sorrowful and repent when your relationship with God is at stake (2 Cor. 7:10). Amidst all difficulties, let nothing discourage you. Hold on to your faith and endure unto the end. Never forget that God loves you so deeply and wants a daily intimate relationship with you. There's one thing you shouldn't do, don't pity yourself in any way for you are a royal priesthood and a child of the Most High God😊.

The Deity and Lordship of Our Lord Jesus Christ has been one of the fierce debates in the religions of the world, not excluding the one which came out of Him —Christianity. Yet, none from centuries has been successful in opposing this undeniable truth. Christ Jesus is the only Savior of the world, without Him, there's no salvation. Whether one believes or accept it or not, it doesn't change who He is.

There are many things that Christ Jesus came to do when He walked the earth. The Bible says, _"You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, and how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him" (Acts 10:38 NASB)._ He went about doing good because He is all goodness and love. He never allowed anyone or anything to discourage Him from fulfilling His purpose on earth. He is the perfect example of righteous living for mankind!

There is no doubt about the truth that Christ Jesus is *GOD*. The Bible clarifies that, _"Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross" (Phil. 2:6-8 KJV)_. To deny that Christ Jesus is God is to doubt the key figure of salvation. None will be allowed in Heaven if the personality of Christ Jesus is denied. We must confess Him as Our Lord, believing that He is God and living out His Words daily.

Christ Jesus suffered many things while on earth. His death cannot be compared with any through out history. Yet, He endured it all for our salvation. *But there's one thing that He didn't do; He didn't bemoan His pitiable situation.* He never allowed His emotions to control Him.
