To be Anointed means to be set apart for God for His Purpose.
What makes a person to be set apart for God for His Purpose is the Holyspirit in You
Romans 8:8-9
And the only way a person can get the Holyspirit is by faith in Christ
So by faith in Christ, we have the Holyspirit and we are anointed.

If God says go to Side A , your prayers will not make God to tell you to go to Side B
But
Rather your prayer will align you to what God has said

Our prayers cannot change God's plan but causes us to align to the plan of God

Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Beloved in Christ , Jesus Christ is telling us that He has given us power
So no matter what comes your way today, you have the power to overcome that thing
Just believe that you have the power in you, do not doubt ,have faith and you will overcome every conspiracy, plan and plot of the enemies you find yourself in

God is with you

1 John 2:1-2
[1]My dear children, I am writing this to you so that you will not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate who pleads our case before the Father. He is Jesus Christ, the one who is truly righteous.
[2]He himself is the sacrifice that atones for our sins—and not only our sins but the sins of all the world.
From this scripture, we have seen that ,anytime we sin , there is an advocate who pleads on our behalf
