*Fixing Our Eyes (Hebrews 12:2)*
"Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." (Hebrews 12:2 NIV)

Focus on Jesus ๐Ÿ™

We are called to focus on Jesus, our ultimate example.

He endured for our sake.

And he still is interceding for us.

Our focus on him will help us to avoid all unnecessary things that have the potential to derail our eternal gains.

As we enter a crucial period in our Christian calendar, let this mind be in us.

*Reflection for Today:*
- What's distracting you?
- Look to Jesus.

*PRAYER:*
Lord, help me focus on You. Even when earthly needs seems to draw me away, please bring me back to focus in Jesus name, Amen.

Tip 21

One of the most important functions of the kidney is signaling the body to produce blood.

With chronic kidney disease, this ability significantly reduces and your blood levels reduces (Anaemia).

With this, patients easily get tired, become dizzy and have palpitations requiring blood transfusions.

All these symptoms can be prevented when diagnosed early.

Have you checked your kidney functions yet?

Trust in God's Timing (Psalm 56:3)
"When I am afraid, I put my trust in you." (NIV)

Focus on God, not on fear ๐Ÿ™

David wrote this psalm while fleeing Saul. In fear, he chose trust.

When anxiety hits, we can do the same. Shift focus to God's goodness.

Focusing all your attention on anxiety will only drown you in depression.

Reflection for Today:
- What triggers fear?
- Choose trust in God.

PRAYER:
Lord, in times of anxiety, I choose to trust You. Show yourself strong on my behalf in the name of Jesus, Amen.

*Rest in Him (Hebrews 4:9)*
"There remains therefore a rest for the people of God." (Hebrews 4:9 NKJV)

Find rest in God's presence ๐Ÿ™

This verse reminds us that God's rest isn't just a future promise, but a present reality.

Like the Israelites entering Canaan, we enter God's rest when we trust Jesus.

It's a rest from striving, not a lack of work.

In Him, we find peace, refreshment, and rejuvenation.

*Reflection for Today:*
- God's rest is available.
- Can you trust Trust in His goodness?

*PRAYER:*
Lord, I rest in You. May I never come to a point where I doubt your presence. Each time I seem to forget about your presence with me, do bring me back so I will always know that you have not left me alone. Thank you for giving me rest, in the name of Jesus. Amen

*Trust the Navigator Proverbs 3:5-6*
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6 ESV)

Let go, trust, and follow ๐Ÿ™

Our God promises that if only we can trust Him with all of our hearts and would not depend on our own understanding, He too, will, in turn, direct us.

Since we need his direction every day, trusting him will only benefit us

*Reflection for Today:*
- Where are you trying to navigate life alone?
- Acknowledge God in every step and he will provide direction.

*PRAYER:*
Lord, I trust You to guide me. Please direct me in all my ways today in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Esther 4:14
"For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your fatherโ€™s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?" (Esther 4:14 NIV)

*A Devine Purpose*
Youโ€™re positioned for a purpose ๐Ÿ‘‘

God in his own wisdom places in certain positions, not because of us, but to serve his purpose

If only we can look for his purpose, we shall find fulfillment.

*Reflection for Today:*
- Whatโ€™s your "such a time as this"?
- Will you step up?
- Have you found it?

*PRAYER:*
Lord, help me see my moment and be brave, and to serve your purpose in Jesus' Name, Amen.

*Cast Your Care upon Him*

*1 Peter 5:7*
"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Be alert and of sober mind." (NIV)

Dump your worries, grab God's care.

This is sometimes a very difficult thing to do. Especially because God is not a being we see with our eyes.

We can only trust Scripture and sometimes our inner witness that He is indeed with us.

This is why our walk with Him is one of faith.

Let us offload our anxieties to him after we have done our part.

*Reflection for Today:*
- What's weighing you down?
- Trust God's got you.

*PRAYER:*
Lord, I toss my anxieties to You. Keep me alert. And help to keep trusting you, in Jesus name. Amen.

*Be Strong and Courageous (Joshua 1:9)*
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." (Joshua 1:9 ESV)

God's presence = courage! ๐Ÿ’ช

Are you facing giants or Uncertain paths?

God's command is clear: be strong, be brave.

He is with you in the unknowns.

Remember, it's not about the size of the challenge, but the size of God in you.

*Reflection for Today:*
- What's making you anxious today?
- Trust God's with-you promise.

*PRAYER:*
Lord, I'm scared but trust You're with me. Help me to be brave and to continue in this journey of life, knowing that you are with me, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

*Overcome Evil with Good (Romans 12:21)*

"Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." (Romans 12:21 ESV)

Choose good! ๐Ÿ’ช

In a world where hurt and injustice scream loud, we can choose to respond with kindness.

When wronged, our instinct might be to retaliate. But God's way is different. By doing good to those who hurt us, we reflect His love.

*Reflection for Today:*
- What's a tough situation where you can choose good?
- How can you show kindness today?

*PRAYER:*
Lord, help me spread Your love, not hate to everyone around me in Jesus' Name, Amen ๐Ÿ™

Isaiah 25:1
"O Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago, faithful and true."

Praise is the response to God's faithfulness!

God deserves our praise, not only when we see good things in our lives, but at all times.

This is because He is God and knows what is good for us.

Reflection for Today:
- What are you praising God for?
- How can you trust His plans for you?

PRAYER:
Lord, You're worthy of all praise. Help me trust Your faithfulness in every situation, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
