CONFIRMATION SERVICE AT MT. CALVARY CONGREGATION – JUASO

A solemn and joyous Confirmation Service was held on Friday, 26th December 2025, at the Mt. Calvary Congregation, Juaso. The service marked an important milestone in the spiritual journey of the confirmands, as they publicly affirmed their faith in Christ and their commitment to the life and mission of the Church.

The service was officiated by Rev. Maxwell Gyamfi, the Juaso District Minister, and ably assisted by Catechist Elizabeth Yeboah Asuamah. The atmosphere throughout the service was one of reverence, thanksgiving, and spiritual renewal, as the congregation gathered to witness and support the confirmands.

In his exhortation, Rev. Maxwell Gyamfi emphasized the meaning and responsibility of confirmation, reminding the confirmands that confirmation is not the end of Christian training but the beginning of a deeper walk with God. He encouraged them to remain steadfast in faith, obedient to God’s Word, and committed to active participation in the life of the Church and society. He also urged parents, guardians, and the entire congregation to continue nurturing the confirmands through prayer, guidance, and godly example.

Catechist Elizabeth Yeboah Asuamah played a significant role in the preparation and support of the confirmands and assisted diligently throughout the service, contributing to its smooth and meaningful ex*****on.

The confirmation rites were conducted with prayer, the laying on of hands, and blessings, signifying the strengthening of the Holy Spirit upon the lives of the confirmands. Songs of praise, Scripture readings, and prayers enriched the service and uplifted the hearts of all present.

The service concluded with words of encouragement and thanksgiving, as the congregation rejoiced with the confirmands and their families. The Confirmation Service at Mt.
