The participation of the Volta Regional Team in this yearβs Citi FM Literacy Challenge brought great honour to the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Ghana (EPCG). Notably, two of the three students who represented the region were from EPCG schools (Kpetoe EPCG JSS and Ho Bankoe EPCG School), a remarkable achievement that reflects the Churchβs enduring commitment to quality and holistic education.
For generations, EPCG has regarded education as a vital ministry of transformation, nurturing academic excellence, moral character, discipline, and service to humanity. Guided by its philosophy of developing the head, heart, and hand, EPCG schools cultivate enlightened minds, shape responsible character, and equip learners with practical skills for meaningful service.
The outstanding representation of EPCG students on the Volta Regional Team is a testimony to the Churchβs unwavering investment in education and its vision of raising wellβrounded young men and women who contribute positively to society and national development.
Congratulations to the overall winners, the Greater Regional Team, and to all participants in this noble competition. Special appreciation goes to Citi 97.3 FM for creating a platform that promotes literacy, critical thinking, and academic excellence among Ghanaβs youth. May such initiatives continue to inspire future generations to pursue knowledge, cultivate character, and serve their communities with dedication and integrity.
