To God be the glory! On 3rd August 2026, under the leadership of Apostle Emmanuel Agyei Kwafo, the Boso District Mission House was dedicated to the glory of God.
This milestone service marked a defining chapter in the story of the Boso district — a testimony that what God begins, He faithfully completes. The atmosphere was electric with joy as the service brought together the entire Ho Area Pastorate and their wives, retired ministers of the gospel, Church officers, and Members of the Boso Assembly and beyond

Together, they lifted their voices in one accord, giving God the praise, honor, and glory due His name for a great work done!

The dedication of the Boso Mission House stands as a living monument to God's faithfulness — a reminder that His promises never fail. From humble beginnings to this moment of celebration, the hand of the Lord has been evident every step of the way, and Boso District now stands equipped with a house set apart for His glory, for ministry, and for the advancement of His Kingdom in the area.

Apostle Kwafo commended the previous area head, Aps. Dela Quampah and former pastors, and the estate committee for exemplary leadership, and pronounced benediction on the gathering.

Under the leadership of Area Head’s wife, Mrs. Agartha Agyei Kwafo, The Church of Pentecost – Ho Area Women's Ministry hosted a powerful 3-day residential retreat at C.O.P El-Bethel Prayer Centre, Ho, from 4th–6th June 2026 on the theme, "Equipping Women for Christlike Leadership".

The retreat brought together 742 women leaders from 29 districts. Apostle Benjamin Aboagye opened with a message on Christlike leadership, and sessions covered mentoring young women (Virtuous Ladies), conflict resolution, and healthy relationships between pastors' wives and deaconesses.

A wellness screening was also conducted, revealing urgent emotional/mental health needs among women leaders — leading to recommendations for decentralized screenings, confidential care networks, and quarterly training going forward. The retreat closed with leaders recommitting to transformational leadership at home, church, and community.

MINISTERS' WIVES SKILLS TRAINING & CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAM

Under the leadership of Ho Area Head's Wife, Mrs. Agartha Agyei Kwafo, a special skills training and capacity building program was organized for the ministers' wives in the Area, held at the PIWC-Ho chapel.

The program was designed to equip the wives with practical, hands-on skills, including birthday cake making, soya beans kebab preparation, and chicken gizzard kebab making, among others. Twenty-seven (27) participants were present, and the training proved both engaging and impactful.

Beyond the culinary skills acquired, the program also served as a platform for enhancing hospitality skills among the wives — an essential quality in ministry and home life alike. Participants noted that the training would not only strengthen their homes but also open up viable business and income-generating avenues, as they in turn go on to teach these skills to church members within their various districts.

The program came to a fitting close with the Area Head's Wife pronouncing a benediction upon the participants, sending them off equipped, inspired, and ready to put their newly acquired skills to impactful use.

We celebrate this initiative and commend the Area Head's Wife for her vision in empowering the ministers' wives with skills that build both capacity and community!

To God be the glory!
