BECOME A PRODUCTIVE PASTOR

It is sad and unfortunate that many ministries and pastors are still at their zero level simply because they haven't learnt the secret of becoming a productive pastor or a ministry. Either out of ignorance, carelessness, laziness and lack of vision many pastors are crawling instead of soaring, walking instead of running.

God wants every pastor to be productive in ministry. God doesn't want us to be barren.

To be a productive pastor means you are producing products of significance. It also means you are producing souls for the kingdom. Becoming a productive minister also means you are leaving a lasting impact on others. It means you have a unique product that people can purchase.

Throughout the scriptures we can see that Jesus produced disciples that carry on the work. Jesus was a productive pastor. Paul the apostle produced quality men and planted churches in regions unknown. John Wesley had churches and schools that outlived him. Charles Wesley had books that are still relevant. Charles Spurgeon had millions of books that he produced.

When you become a productive pastor you raise up the foundation of many generations. You also make a lasting impact that cannot be erased. A productive pastor cross borders effortlessly.

What are you producing in ministry? Many are just pastoring but are not producing men nor products that can outlive them.

I have lost count of the number of training materials I have produced. Since being in Ghana in about 7 years over 3000 pastors and leaders have gone through my trainings. We are called not just to pastor but to become productive. I have by the grace of God written and published over 70 books and still counting.

To become a productive pastor focus on transforming lives and impacting destinies. You must be equipping and producing quality leaders. Write books, create training materials, start schools and institutions. Any church that must last must have either have a hospital or build a school in their community.

We just don't do ministry by gathering people and just do church... produce something.

The proof of anointing is that it produces tangible, substantial and evidential results.

Ministry is a serious thing ooo. It is not for lazy people. Ministry is hard work.

Trust God to be productive... win souls into the kingdom, build churches, write books, build hospitals, build orphanages, write songs etc. There must be something that must physically come out of you.

You must have come and see results in your life and ministry.

Please pay attention. Be focused. Be deligent. Produce men and products.

MAY IT NOT ONLY BE SAID THAT ALL WE CAME TO DO IS ONLY CHURCH AND WE DIDN'T PRODUCE ANYTHING.....
