Scriptural Anchor

• Philippians 4:6–7 (ESV)
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

Refined Message

If you are a Christian, you must fight with all diligence to overcome anxiety. Tomorrow may be uncertain, but we serve a God who cares and reigns in absolute control. Whether we face hunger or abundance, our Lord will still be glorified. His glory is not tied to our circumstances, and our praise must not be dictated by them.

We do not need riches, fame, or the whole world to live a fulfilled life in Christ. True fulfillment is found in Him alone. Our love for God must stand firm whether in lack or in plenty, because He remains worthy. Anxiety bows to faith, and fear dissolves in the presence of trust.

Therefore, let your heart be anchored in Christ. Refuse to let tomorrow’s uncertainty rob you of today’s peace. Glorify God in every season, and you will discover that life in Him is complete, regardless of what you have or do not have.

John 14:1 (ESV)
“Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me.”

Take a Pulse and Reflect
Scripture Reference "Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves." — 2 Corinthians 13:5 (NIV)

A few years ago, my wife and I were heading to a conference. I had just acquired a new car and the excitement of driving it was almost intoxicating. The road stretched ahead, the engine hummed perfectly, and the journey felt exhilarating.

There was just one problem: I hadn’t mapped out the location properly.

Despite that, I kept driving—enjoying the ride, confident we were headed in the right direction. The trip was supposed to take about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Yet after two hours, we hadn’t arrived. That’s when my wife gently asked, “Are you sure we’re on the right path? Are we making any meaningful progress?”

Her question was the wake-up call I needed. I paused, pulled over, and made a quick call to the event organizer. It turned out—we had passed the venue a while back. The excitement had blinded me to the signs along the way.

Thank God we stopped and reflected. If we had kept going, the outcome could’ve been far worse.

That moment taught me something deeper: many of us are constantly in motion—busy, driven—yet not making any meaningful progress. Some have even missed their divine appointment and are still moving, unaware. If we don't pause to reflect on our journey, we may end up far from where God intended us to be.

Scripture Reference "Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves." — 2 Corinthians 13:5 (NIV)

Reflection Points
Take a pause and reflect on your journey so far. Ask yourself: Where am I going in the first place? Am I heading toward a destination God has called me to, or am I simply enjoying the ride without direction?

Examine your path. Are you walking in faith with God? Is your trust truly in Him? Are you praying, leaning on His promises, and depending on His Word daily?

Realign yourself to His course. Seek His guidance through scripture. Ask the Holy Spirit to lead you, correct you, and show you the right path—not just the one that feels good.

The Power of Loving Right

It’s hard to let go of what you love. That’s why addiction clings tightly—not just because of physical cravings, but because of emotional attachment. The addict loves the drug. Loves the momentary pleasure. Loves the escape. And even when they've resolved to step away… just one more hug from the habit pulls them back.

Love is powerful. But that’s why we must choose wisely what we give our hearts to.

Everything can be loved—but not everything is worth loving. If your love costs you your peace, your purpose, your sanity… then maybe it’s not love—it’s bo***ge.

That’s the struggle many face when it comes to surrendering to Jesus. They love themselves. They love the glory. The pleasures. The self-first lifestyle. Yet, these are the very things Christ asks us to put aside so that we can follow Him.

“If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.” — Luke 9:23 (ESV)

Jesus doesn’t invite us to love halfway. He calls us to choose. We cannot love the world and love Christ. One must rise while the other fades.

Like the addict who wants freedom but can’t bear the break-up with the drug, many want righteousness—but their hearts are still tangled in worldly love.

Jesus is not asking us to stop loving.

He’s inviting us to love what truly matters, to love what gives eternal peace and freedom and purpose. Loving Jesus gives you these.

Corrupted Nature equals Corrupted deeds
"So, then they that are in the flesh cannot please God." Romans 8:8

We lost the nature of God the very moment man ate the forbidden fruit. The divine nature in humanity became corrupted, preventing us from exhibiting the righteousness, love, kindness, and goodness of God. As Scripture states, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23). what we exhibit in our human nature is the corrupted version of the original in the nature of God

Even our best intentions are tainted by selfishness and rebellion. The prophet Isaiah describes this condition: "All of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags" (Isaiah 64:6). Even humility, when exhibited for self-recognition, becomes a form of pride. Until the corruption within our spirit is destroyed, we can never truly please God, no matter how much we strive for righteousness.

This is why we need a Savior—someone who can cleanse the corruption within our soul. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, crushed the head of the serpent who deceived humanity and poisoned our souls with sin. As Genesis 3:15 foretells, "He will crush your head, and you will strike his heel." By His blood, He purges us of all corruption, granting us new life.

This is the new birth—the ability to desire righteousness, to walk in the nature of God, and to live by it. As Jesus Himself said, "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again" (John 3:3). Through Him, we are transformed, no longer enslaved to sin but made new in His righteousness.

Seek Jesus Now!!!

The Fate of the Godless:
A Warning from Scripture

For, as I have often told you before and now tell you again even with tears, many live as enemies of the cross of Christ. Their destiny is destruction, their god is their stomach, and their glory is in their shame. Their mind is set on earthly things. But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body. Philippians 3:18-21
As an irreverent person schemes their way through life, using wealth to attain high social status, arrogance and callousness take root. They begin to believe they have acquired wisdom beyond others, granting themselves the authority to dictate sacred subjects such as marriage and gender roles. In their pride, they dismiss God's instructions for marriage and family as outdated, undermining divine principles that have long provided structure and purpose. Not only do they reject God's ways, but they also replace divine truth with their own personal sentiments, positioning themselves as the ultimate authority on morality and societal norms. You will find them on TV, social media and radio sharing and proudly defending their perverted thoughts.
These individuals thrive in society because many, blinded by their worship of wealth, fail to recognize the deception they spread. Their influence grows, drawing in those who are easily swayed by material success rather than spiritual truth. Young minds, eager for guidance, are misled by these impious voices that have no regard for God.
Yet, this is no surprise—it aligns with the prophecy in the Bible. As written in 2 Timothy 3:1-5, but mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people…”
Someday God has promised to bring everything each man has done here on earth into judgment. God will condemn all of those who condemned Him and his word and encouraged others to do the same. But for those who remain steadfast in faith, wisdom prevails over deception, and truth stands firm against the tide of worldly influence.
