πCOMMUNITY IMPACT INNITIATIVE PROJECT - AKUSE DISTRICT WOMEN'S MINISTRY π
The District Women's Ministry of the CoP, Akuse District, has embarked on a community impact project to the Akuse Presby Basic School on Tuesday, 18/02/2025.
The project dubbed, 'Let Learners feel confident and comfortable ', was participated by 40 women.
They fixed torn buttons of 72 Learners, the provided newly sewn school belts for 18 school Girls, fixed torn zips for 10 school boys, and they did alterations of torn school uniforms for 30 Learners.
The group was led by Mrs Cynthia Kwakye Frimpong, the Akuse District Minister's wife, Deaconess Ernestina Okai - District Women's Leader, Deaconess Edna Leigh- Assistant District Women's Leader, Deaconess Fati Amanor - the Organizer and Sister Faustina Dasinor, an executive member.
The group used the school's break period to attend to the learners.
The Head Teacher, the staff, and the Learners expressed a profound gratitude to the Women's Ministry for their kind gesture.
