PENNY WISE.......
Christians are stewards of all monies and possessions that come our way in this life. Moreover, it is expected of stewards to be faithful... 1 Cor 4:1-2.
As a Christian, how are you going to spend your money between now and January 1st, 2025?
I am asking this because this period is a dangerous one. A period where the "god of this world" is promoting promiscuous lifestyles to the fullest.
You know it is a lie that Christ was born on December 25th, and therefore, God is not expecting us to "celebrate" Christmas. Why, then, do you allow yourself to be used by the devil during this period?
Look around. There are so many things you can do with the little money you have to promote the Kingdom of God. Why, then, do you choose to glorify a devilish festivity and spend your money on sinful stuff?
Choose between wasting your money on fornication, adultery, drunkenness, lust, and other evil deeds as opposed to helping the widows, orphans, prisoners, local church projects, Preacher support, etc.
As a Christian youth, where are you planning to travel to in the coming days? What could be the purpose of your intended trip?
Life is full of choices. I counsel you to choose Christ and His cause.
Of course, nobody can be bigger or smaller in life than the choices he makes. Do not allow anybody to deceive you into sin the rest of this month. Remember, there are even evil, unfaithful Christian brothers and sisters in the church. Run away from them!
Let the rest of the year be a period of thanksgiving and fervent prayers. Yes, you have a choice to either live for Him or disgrace Him as we wrap up the year.
On the plate, you have blessings and curses. I counsel you to choose the Blessings! Once again, it's all about lust, s*x, materialism, and GODLINESS.
We are members of the church that Jesus built. Let us glorify Him.
Behold, I have told you.
God bless,
Dan
