Mix the Word with Faith
By Archbishop Dr Charles Agyinasare

Day 2 (02/01/2026)

Hebrews 4:2 “For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.”

Throughout the world, there have been celebrations as believers receive God’s Word in their various churches. For us at Perez Chapel International, the prophetic word for the year is “My Year of a Turnaround.”

However, it is one thing to hear God’s prophetic word and another thing to mix it with faith. As stated in the opening scripture, the word preached did not profit them because it was not mixed with faith in those who heard it. God’s prophetic word will only do you good if you mix the Word with faith. Here are three things to do to mix the Word with faith:

1. Believe.
John 11:40 (NIV) “Then Jesus said, ‘Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?’”
When you receive a prophetic word, you must believe in it. The glory of God is always revealed when you believe His Word. By believing, you take His prophetic word just as it is and utter your agreement to it.

2. Stand Firm.
1 Corinthians 16:13 (NIV) “Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.” Another key requirement is to stand firm in the faith. This means holding firmly to the prophetic word spoken over your life this year. As the Scripture says, “be on your guard.” When you don’t stand guard, anything can rob you of the promise; therefore, stand firm in faith.

3. Never Walk by Sight.
2 Corinthians 5:7 (NKJV)“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” Events and challenges can easily move you away from your purpose and focus if care is not taken. This year, refuse to be moved by what happens around you. Fix your eyes only on the prophetic word spoken over your life. Do not mix the Word with doubt or purely logical analysis because of the challenges you may face.

Precious one, for God’s prophetic word over your life to profit you this year, you must believe it, stand firm in it, and never walk by sight.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, as I mix Your Word with faith, let the prophetic word for this year be fulfilled in my life, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES, DAILY DEVOTIONAL, TUESDAY 6TH JANUARY 2026. Pastor Chris

TOPIC ✨ GRACE AND THE ANOINTING ✨

But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ (Ephesians 4:7).

There’s a vital distinction between grace and the anointing. Many use both terms interchangeably, yet the Word of God shows they’re not the same. The anointing refers to the consecration and indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, the empowerment that sets you apart for God’s purpose.

Grace, on the other hand, refers to the divine enablement and favour granted you according to your specific calling and responsibility in the body of Christ. Every Christian has received the same anointing, for it’s the same Holy Spirit that dwells in us all. That anointing abides in you, never diminishes and brings special grace into your life "But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it" (Ephesians 4:7 NIV).

However, grace operates differently. You can grow in grace (2 Peter 3:18), the grace on your life can be multiplied (2 Peter 1:2), and you can receive more grace, as the Bible says, “...he giveth more grace...” (James 4:6). Yes, He gives more grace, but He doesn’t give more anointing. You can grow in grace as you grow in faith, in the knowledge of God and revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Grace determines your scope of influence and effectiveness in the calling God has given you. Recognize, therefore, that while your grace can increase, your anointing is complete. You already have the fullness of the Spirit. Live with this understanding and allow the grace of God in your life to multiply through your knowledge of God and fellowship with the Word. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for giving me your Spirit without measure and for the grace to fulfil my divine calling. I walk in the understanding that I’m fully anointed and empowered by the Holy Spirit to accomplish your purpose for my life. As I grow in grace and knowledge, I have greater results in my life, impact and fruitfulness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY
2 Peter 1:2;
Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,

1 John 2:27;
But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

2 Corinthians 9:8
And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

YOU CAN PREDICT YOUR FUTURE IF YOU KNOW THESE.

I want to show you practically through God’s Word that your future can be predictable if you understand the Bible.

Like, comment and share so that many can be blessed through this message.

The future is not a distant timeline waiting to surprise you; the future is activated by action. What many call “tomorrow” is often a convenient excuse to postpone responsibility. In the Kingdom, progress is not delayed by time but by ignorance and inaction.

God did not design believers to sit helplessly, hoping heaven will intervene. He has already supplied all that pertains to life and godliness. The tragedy is not lack of prayer, but lack of understanding of how to convert spiritual resources into tangible results.

Scripture makes it clear that blessing is already available.
“Blessed be God… who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.” Ephesians 1:3
The issue is not what God will do, but what you will do with what He has given.

Faith without corresponding action is not faith; it is hope dressed in religious language. Hope feels good, sounds godly, but produces nothing. Results are the true currency of the Kingdom.

Joshua was not told God would make his way prosperous. He was told to meditate, observe, and act.
“Then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” Joshua 1:8
Responsibility was placed in his hands.

The Kingdom rewards wisdom, strategy, and impact, not noise or sentiment. God measures effectiveness, not effort alone. Influence multiplies results; strength without strategy leads to exhaustion.

If the Church must shape society, we must think Kingdom, not religion. Heaven backs men who understand systems, timing, and obedience.

A MUST TO READ:
You must not be in a prayer meeting to pray.

Prayer is not an event; it is a life. Many believers only pray when there is a gathering, a vigil, or a corporate fast.

Follow Church Gist Toady TV

But true men of the Spirit understand that prayer is not something you attend — it’s something you live. The man who truly knows God carries an altar everywhere he goes.

Like, comment and share so that many people can be blessed just as God has blessed us.

The reason some people lose fire is because they limit prayer to a time and place. They wait until a programme is announced before they engage heaven. But in the kingdom, consistency is power. The Spirit realm responds to men who pray habitually, not occasionally. You don’t switch on prayer when you enter church — you are prayer itself.

When Jesus said men ought always to pray and not faint, He didn’t say “when gathered.” He said “always.” That means in your room, in your car, in the market, or in the office — your heart must burn. Prayer is the language of dependence; it’s the oxygen of your spirit. Without it, you suffocate in the natural.

A man who waits for prayer meetings to pray will soon dry up. The devil does not wait for your fellowship night to attack; he strikes daily. So your altar must burn daily. You must learn to commune with God at every hour. Whisper in tongues while walking, mutter scriptures while working — let your spirit stay aflame.

God is not impressed by how loud your voice sounds in the meeting but by how consistent your incense rises in secret. Real strength is not built on the pulpit but in private. Public power is sustained by private prayer. The meetings are only to recharge what you already live daily.

Even in silence, your heart should be communicating with God. You must learn to live in fellowship. That is what keeps your discernment sharp, your spirit sensitive, and your fire alive. When you make prayer a lifestyle, you carry revival wherever you go.

Those who truly know God don’t wait to be called to pray — they are always in communion. For them, prayer is not duty; it is delight. It’s not a meeting; it’s a heartbeat.

May your life become an unending conversation with God. May your altar never go out, and may your secret place become your strength in this generation.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES, DAILY DEVOTIONAL, SATURDAY 3RD JANUARY 2026. Pastor Chris

TOPIC ✨ INSPIRING FAITH IN OTHERS ✨
..when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? (Luke 18:8).

Faith is the language of the Kingdom. It’s how we live, serve and please God. The Lord Jesus raised a remarkable question in our opening verse: “When the Son of man comes, shall He find faith on the earth?” Our assignment isn’t only to preach salvation but also to teach the nations how to live by faith.

Faith is not a religious idea; it’s a spiritual principle by which we make divine realities real in this material world. Faith calls things that are not as though they were. Faith is acting on God’s Word. It is acting your believing; it’s doing what the Word says, regardless of circumstances or how you feel. When you learn to live this way, nothing shall be impossible to you.

The Lord Jesus said, “…for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you” (Matthew 17:20). Challenge others by your own faith. As you share the Gospel, let your words communicate confidence, victory and the dominion of the Word. Help others understand that the life of faith is a life of divine possibilities. Faith always works, because it’s based on the irrefutable, infallible, unchanging, all-powerful, living Word of God. Hallelujah!

PRAYER / CONFESSION

I’m full of faith; my words and lifestyle inspire faith in others and produce divine results. Nothing is impossible to me because I live by the Word. Through me, many are brought into the Kingdom and taught to live the life of faith in Christ Jesus. Amen!

FURTHER STUDY

Romans 10:17;
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Hebrews 11:1-6;
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.
By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

2 Corinthians 5:7
(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
