MOTIVE.
Your motive as a kids facilitator is very important to God.
Just being available is just not enough.
Some may be available but have a wrong motive.
Your motive for doing something is your reason for doing it. Is it to please God or to please yourself.
Motive can’t be hidden for long.
Those who have the right motive or reason for serving in the kids ministry have the following characteristics,
1. Available
2. Ready to serve.
3. Passionate in serving
4. Sacrifices their time, money, energy, talents etc
5. Always learning new things to better themselves.
6. Shows love and care for all kids.
May the above be your portion as a kids facilitator.
