Our second lecture session at the COGOP Ghana Youth Camp 2026 was an insightful and impactful experience as Sis. Abigail Arthur Biney took participants through the important topic:

“Mindfulness and Self-Care.” 🧠💚

In a world filled with pressure, responsibilities, and distractions, taking care of our minds, bodies, and emotional well-being is essential. The session provided valuable insights on intentional living, personal well-being, and the importance of making time to care for ourselves.

We are grateful for such practical wisdom and knowledge shared to equip this generation to live balanced, healthy, and purposeful lives.

We also watched Dr. Carlos Perez’s(International Youth Ministry Director) sermon from the 103rd International Assembly.

Speaking from 1 Corinthians 2:1–5, Dr. Perez reminds us that reaching the next generation will take more than good sermons, strong programs, or the right words. This generation needs to see the power of the Holy Spirit at work in our lives.
The gospel does not change, but each generation must be prepared and trusted to carry it forward. As Dr. Perez said, “The baton must be protected, but it also must be passed.”
