As we climaxed our District Week 2 Program under the theme "Unleashed with an Excellent Spirit to Transform My World," Pastor Victor Asante Ayim reminded us that through the Gospel and the power of the Holy Spirit, we become children of God, empowered to influence and transform our world.

Ministering from Daniel 5:12–14, he emphasized that an excellent spirit is a necessity for anyone who desires to make a lasting impact. When the mysterious handwriting appeared on the wall, none of the wise men in Babylon could interpret it. Daniel, however, was able to reveal its meaning because the Spirit of God was at work in him. His excellence was not merely a product of knowledge or experience, but the result of a divine presence within him.

Pastor explained that excellence begins from within before it is expressed outwardly. The spirit of excellence is first cultivated in a person and eventually becomes evident in their character, conduct, and influence. An excellent spirit causes one's gifts and abilities to become a blessing to others and makes a person stand out wherever they find themselves.

The life of Daniel clearly demonstrated this truth. The spirit within him was reflected in the way he lived, and there was undeniable evidence of his excellence:

1. Separation – Daniel remained distinct and refused to conform to the corrupt systems around him.

2. Revelation of Secrets – God entrusted him with divine insight and understanding beyond human wisdom.

3. Hard Work and Diligence – He served faithfully and consistently, earning the confidence of kings and leaders.

4. Fairness, Equality, and Justice – He demonstrated integrity, honesty, and righteousness in all his dealings.

These qualities distinguished Daniel from others and made him a vessel through whom God could work mightily. The message concluded with a challenge to every believer to cultivate the spirit of excellence within, allowing God's character and power to be reflected through their lives as they transform their world.

Bringing the evening sessions of our District Week 2 program to a close, Elder Pious Boateng ministered from Daniel 5:12-14, emphasizing the need for believers to possess the Spirit of God in order to walk in excellence and transform their world.

He recounted how Daniel was called upon to interpret the mysterious writing on the wall when all the magicians and enchanters of Babylon had failed. Daniel stood out because an excellent spirit was found in him, proving that God's Spirit distinguishes His people and makes them custodians of divine mysteries (1 Corinthians 2:11; Deuteronomy 29:29).

The preacher noted that although many Israelites were taken captive to Babylon, God did not use all of them in the same way. Daniel sanctified himself and prepared for God's work, positioning himself for divine use. He reminded the church that everyone is uniquely created by God and called for a specific purpose.

Speaking on the importance of God's Spirit, Elder Pious stressed that true success cannot be achieved through human intellect and ability alone. The writing on the wall came from God, and only God's Spirit could reveal its meaning. Likewise, believers can only access God's wisdom and secrets by living in fellowship with Him (Romans 11:33-34).

He concluded by encouraging the church to remain close to God, knowing that we are precious in His sight (Isaiah 53:3) and called to reflect Him to the world. As we yield ourselves to the Spirit of God, He reveals His mysteries, distinguishes us for His purpose, and can even use our enemies as channels of blessing.

Continuing with the theme, "Unleashed with an Excellent Spirit to Transform My World," Elder Robert Appiah ministered powerfully yesterday.

Drawing from Ephesians 6:12, he emphasized that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces. Therefore, unless we possess a power greater than that of the world, we cannot influence or transform it.

Referencing Ephesians 6:17, he highlighted the importance of wielding the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. The Word, empowered by the Holy Spirit, is the believer's weapon for overcoming the powers and principalities of this world. To transform our world, we must be grounded in God's Word and continually empowered by the Holy Spirit.

From Daniel 5:1–12, Elder Robert pointed to Daniel as a man who carried a spirit that was superior to every other spirit in Babylon. It was this excellent spirit, backed by the power of God, that distinguished him and made him stand out among his peers.

In the same way, believers today can possess and influence nations through the power of the Holy Spirit. When the Holy Spirit dwells in us, He empowers us to rise above limitations, stand out in our generation, and become agents of transformation wherever God has placed us.

Yesterday, Elder Bernard Sossah ministered under the theme: “Unleashed with an Excellent Spirit to Transform My World” (Daniel 5:12, 14; Psalm 8:1–3).

We were reminded that God is looking unto us as agents of transformation, called to reflect His character, integrity, wisdom, and power in our generation.

Daniel and his companions distinguished themselves in Babylon because they refused to conform to the patterns of the land. In the midst of a corrupt system, they remained faithful to God—and an excellent spirit was found in them.

A powerful truth from the message is this: we do not announce that we have an excellent spirit. It is seen and testified by those around us. Like Daniel, excellence becomes visible through our lifestyle, consistency, and devotion.

The same spirit of excellence lifted David from the bush to the palace and Joseph from the prison to a place of authority. In the same way, God positions those who carry an excellent spirit for influence and transformation.

Jesus reminds us in Matthew 5:16 that our light must shine before men so they may see our good works and glorify the Father in heaven.

To cultivate this spirit, we must follow Daniel’s example:
Be consistent in prayer (Daniel 6:10)
▪️Stay committed to the Word of God (2 Timothy 2:15)
▪️Pursue godly character and self-examination
▪️Be diligent and faithful in every assignment (Colossians 3:23)

Opening the District Week 2 Program, Pastor Victor Asante Ayim preached from Daniel 5:12,14 on the Spirit of Excellence. He explained that Daniel stood out in Babylon because an extraordinary spirit was found in him. Though he lived in a foreign land, he remained faithful to God and refused to compromise his values.

Pastor emphasized that the Spirit of Excellence distinguishes believers, grants divine insight, and enables them to do exploits. Just as God revealed secrets to Daniel and Joseph, He will also reveal hidden things to those who walk in excellence. He noted that excellence may attract opposition, but it ultimately brings promotion and influence.

Encouraging the church, he declared that after this program, people will hear of us because of the Spirit of Excellence at work in our lives. He concluded by reminding us that this spirit is already within us; we only need to activate it and allow God to use us to transform our world.

On Friday, 1st May 2026, during the final evening service of the 3-day Lord’s Supper Prayers at the district level, our Area Head, Apostle Isaac Tetteh Juddah, delivered a powerful and reassuring message drawn from Psalm 116:1–19.

He began by emphasizing the deeply personal nature of our relationship with God, reminding us that the Lord listens attentively to the prayers of His children. This truth, he noted, is the foundation of our confidence in prayer—knowing that whenever we call, God hears. He encouraged the congregation to take seriously God’s invitation to bring all requests before Him, holding nothing back, for prayer is not merely a routine but a lifeline of fellowship with our Father.

In moments of trouble and uncertainty, Apostle Juddah highlighted that God remains the safest refuge we can run to. Rather than turning to human solutions first, believers are called to depend wholly on God, trusting in His unfailing ability to deliver and sustain. This, he stressed, requires a steadfast focus on Christ, who is the anchor of our faith and the center of our lives.

He further reminded us that our callings were birthed in prayer, and therefore, there is no room for spiritual laziness. A vibrant prayer life must be maintained if we are to walk effectively in the purpose God has ordained for us. Prayer is both the origin and the sustenance of our divine assignments.

Reflecting on the nature of God, he declared that the Lord is gracious, righteous, and full of compassion. God’s grace, he assured, is not scarce but abundantly available to all His children. In His love, He esteems His people as precious, watching over them with tender care and unwavering commitment.

A central theme of the message was God’s faithfulness to His covenant. Apostle Juddah reminded the church that this covenant is sealed with the blood of Jesus Christ, making it unbreakable and eternal. Because of this, we can stand firm in the assurance that God will never leave us nor forsake us. His promises are sure, and His presence is constant.

He concluded by urging the congregation to respond with gratitude, devotion, and renewed commitment to prayer, just as the psalmist did—loving the Lord for His goodness and continually calling upon His name.

On , Thursday, 30th April 2026, our Area Head ministered powerfully under the theme, “Heal Me, and I Shall Be Healed.” Using scriptures from Jeremiah 29:11, 2 Corinthians 3:17, Jeremiah 17:14, Genesis 15:26, and 2 Kings 5:14, he reminded us of God’s love and desire for our total well-being.

He taught that everything about us concerns God, and His thoughts toward us are thoughts of peace, hope, and a glorious future. He also explained that sickness can come through different sources such as disobedience to natural laws, lack of rest, unhealthy eating habits, hereditary conditions, attacks from the enemy, and even sin.

However, the greatest assurance from the message was that no matter the source of sickness, God is able to heal. Our duty is to believe in His power and trust Him for divine restoration.

of our Lord’s Supper Week prayers with our Area Head, Aps. Isaac Tetteh Juddah, was truly impactful.

Teaching on the Holy Spirit, he emphasized that from the very beginning (Genesis 1:1–2), the presence of the Spirit shows that nothing can be accomplished without Him. Throughout Scripture, those set apart for God’s work were distinguished by the Holy Spirit upon them. Even Jesus did not operate without the Spirit.

Referencing Luke 4:18, John 20:19–22, Acts 1:4–9, Acts 2:1–4, and Acts 8:1–8, he highlighted that the Holy Spirit is the treasure the Church must zealously guard. The Church was conceived, birthed, and can only be sustained by the Spirit.

He further explained that while receiving the Holy Spirit is a spiritual experience, speaking in tongues is its physical evidence therefore, every believer should desire and walk in it.

He concluded by urging believers to depend fully on the Holy Spirit, noting that without Him, our actions become merely mechanical.
