CONCISED MINUTES OF ALL PASTORS’ MEETING.


  • The Representative announced the International Conference for all pastors and Sunday School Teachers postponed to October 24th - 26th, 2019. The acting secretary read to the house content of apology letter addressed to Miklin hotel management by Departmento Escuelas biblicas of Assembly of Christian Churches Inc. U.S.A. All pastors present viewed the letter.

  • The Representative informed house assembly has developed new administrative measures, hence all pastors in the Assembly will fill new forms for themselves and churches they pastor. All pastors present agreed to have monthly meetings on second Saturday of every month.

  • The Representative announced forms are available for new pastors and churches to join the Assembly.

  • Official names of men, women and children ministry leadership in all Assembly Churches were requested for documentation. Pastors agreed to submit names at next meeting.
