The Word is a Cleaner

For many years I sought the Lord in prayer, vigorously, asking Him to purify me. The more I prayed this vague prayer, the more Jesus pointed my attention to His word and the stronger my urge for His word became.

I attended every revival service, even travelled out of the continent for conventions and meetings organized by highly acclaimed men of the faith.

Nevertheless, my hunger for purity only made me miserable until one midnight, I asked the Lord to help me find answers. Suddenly, the still small voice whispered John 15:3 and it says, "You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you." (NKJV).

I began to study the word of God with desperation, discovering even more mysteries that brought me so much joy and fulfilment. I found Jn. 17:17, Jesus said "Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth" (NKJV).

What peace I finally found, the joy and satisfaction that flooded my soul. I found rest in the Lord because now I know I'm only clean by the washing of the word (Eph. 5:26 NLT), not by myself.

Give the word a chance to change you on the inside.

"For the word of God is living and effective and sharper than any double-edged sword, penetrating as far as the separation of soul and spirit, joints and marrow. It is able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart".

A CRY FOR THE NATIONS

Malachi 4:2 - "But for you who fear my name shall the Sun of Righteousness arise with healing in His wings".

Jesus is the Sun of Righteousness and He gives light to the earth. Please join me to pray against the darkness that has been unleashed over the earth. Amen.

1. Father, we come through the blood in the name of Jesus. We plead oh Lord, let Your Light shine over the nations and let the corona darkness return back to hell in Jesus. Amen.

2. Father, let Your Light shine over the earth and let the corona darkness return back to hell in the name of Jesus. Amen.

3. Father, let Your Light shine over my Country Ghana and let the corona darkness return back to hell in the name of Jesus. Amen.

4. Father, please let Your Light shine over my family and let the corona darkness return back to hell in the name of Jesus. Amen

5. Father, let Your Light shine over my community, and let the corona darkness return back to hell in the name of Jesus. Amen.

6. Father, let Your Light shine in and over my life, and let the corona darkness return back to hell in the name of Jesus. Amen.

7. Father, let the knowledge of the righteousness of Jesus Christ increase on earth so that His glory shall be revealed. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

8. Father, by your mercy, cause the Church to arise in boldness and in righteousness with the Gospel of Peace so that the power of God will neutralize any darkness that is stalking the Church on earth in the Jesus name. Amen.

9. By your mercy through the blood of Jesus, Father heal the nations, heal the earth, heal families, heal communities, heal the Church and let the Gospel be preached in all the earth. In Jesus name. Amen.

10. Father, please let the Sun Of Righteousness - Jesus Christ Himself, arise and fight for us. For He gives power to the weak, and for those who have no might He increases strength. Father increase our strength to persevere by faith and let the Light shine. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

" Do not be distracted by false prophecies, but let the Church arise in worship and I will poor my love all over you".

Mark 9:23

“Jesus said to him, “If you CAN believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”Mark‬ ‭9:23‬ ‭NKJV‬‬.

The word is CAN. The faithfulness of God is not about your strength, it’s about His mercy and love. So quit trying to measure your strength with His strength. Align your weakness with His strength in Humility (Ps. 51:17) and accept His love by faith. Then He will increase your strength through His WORD to do the impossible. Isaiah 40:29 says “ He gives power to the weak, and to those that have no might He increases strength”. Can you believe Him? Why don’t you just accept His love right now and say “Father, I Come in Jesus’ name. Thank you for loving me ............

PURSUING THE GLORIOUS NATURE PT 1

Jn. 17:22 - "And the glory which thou gave to me, I have given unto them ....."

Many years ago I was busy cleaning up the house. My little boy 7yrs then called me to the bathroom with his "Buzz Lightyear" toy in his hand and said to me, "mummy, I want Buzz to glow." I looked at the toy and wondered how on earth can that happen. He looked at my ignorance and reminded me about the manufacturer's instructions, that if the toy is exposed to a constant bright light for 50 seconds it will be energized to glow in the dark. So I raised the toy up to the 50W light and held it in position for 1 minute and gave it back to him. He turned off the bathroom lights and amazingly, Buzz began to glow in a beautiful lime green light.

Romans 8:19 tells about the urgency for the manifestation of the children of God in this world, but the Church sits hidden in the dark, suppressed by fear, immorality and lack of zeal.

Every patented device that glows must be first exposed to bright constant light or be connected to a source of energy for a period of time before it can glow even though it has been fabricated with materials that are capable of glowing. Defy the manufacturers instruction and the device won't serve that purpose, though it has a perfect production content.

We as Children of God at time of regeneration, received a new genetic make-up (Jn. 1:12) which enables us to reflect the personality of Jesus Christ. The glory has been given to us by Jesus through the Holy Spirit, but until we become exposed to the presence of God, the glory will not manifest.

Before Jesus departed from the earth He instructed the disciples to wait on the Holy Spirit to be endued with power. Immediately after obeying that INSTRUCTION, their identities changed. The Bible no longer referred to them as Disciples, they became known as Apostles because they received a message and mission within them for the world. The encounter with the Presence of God transformed them into the image of Christ.

When you are imparted by the Lord's presence, your place in life begins to re-surface. Eph. 2:10 indicates that we were created for our destinies. In other words, we were born just for the purpose of God's vision in us. We were created to live as God has originally envisioned us. Our destinies has been preordained before we were formed, that is why we are to wait on the Holy Spirit to energise the abilities of God (the Manufacturer) in us so that we can receive knowledge, wisdom and revelation "to walk in our destinies" as the Lord guides us (Psalm 32:8).

It is when we become constantly exposed to the presence of God then His glory begins to radiates over us. And whenever we come to a place of darkness and trouble, the glory in us reveals Christ as the answer. That is what the world is earnestly waiting for. We are to bring hope to the hopeless. People begin to see the truth in the faith that we profess, all because the glory that God the Father gave to the Son Jesus to shine in this dark world, to draw people's attention to the truth, has been given unto us.

A WORD TO THE WISE:
The amount of the glorious nature in you will determine the level of the glorious life you live. The level of the glorious life you live will determine the magnitude of work you will do for Christ; and the magnitude of work you do will detemine the impact you make on your community and your generation at large.

GHANAIANS, PLEASE BEWARE OF WHAT YOU WISH FOR

Few days ago, I was listening to a radio broadcast in a taxi and I was flabbergasted with what some Ghanaians are wishing for their own country, the animousity towards the president and the ill wishing that he fails in office. Some of them sarcastically blamed the lack of rain and failure of farm produce on the administration. Although I'm not a party loyalist, I don't belong to any party, but I felt as if I was punched in my stomach, giving the fact that I'm constantly mobilising prayer support for the country's wellbeing despite who is in the office.

To a party loyalist, loosing an election is a difficult reality, Nevertheless, accept that it happens and let's get back to Nation building. We must learn a lesson from the book of Nehemiah 4:6. It says:

"So we built the wall, and the entire wall was joined together up to half its height, FOR THE PEOPLE HAD A MIND TO WORK."

A broken nation with a broken people coming together to savage the ruins of their country.

Just like the Jews rebuilt the City of Jerusalem after its destruction, that today it has become a tourist attraction to the rest of the world, so can we rebuild our Nation's economy if we develop a working mindset rather than tearing down our legacy with divisions, corruption, bitterness and hard feelings.

We have a national debt that is bigger than our budget, ruins in all our institutions and with empty coffers. How can we project our nation as a country of hope, a nation with potentials and a pacesetter on the continent of Africa if we fail to recognise the enormity of the challenges we face and tackle them both in prayer and with a bit more and more selfless hard work?

Wishing that the President of Ghana would fail is as evil as desiring that Ghanaians would continue to suffer. My friends, we have suffered enough and for a long time even before President Mahama.

We need God's intervention. Let's start thinking positive and support the administration with prayer, performing our duties with honesty. And let us resist the oppressors too - evil doers who infiltrate our politics and corrupt the mindset of our politicians, with all our will and might, and to protect the integrity of our sovereign nation.

God bless our Homeland Ghana. Amen !!

ONE MILLION INTERCESSION FOR GHANA

Father in the name of Jesus. We come on behalf of our beloved Nation Ghana and all our citizens. We thank you for this Nation, our President, Vice President, Cabinet Ministers, all Ghanaians and every Citizen, Institutions, Departments in Government, Chieftains, Leaders in all Sectors, families and the Church. Thank you for not abandoning us in spite of our weaknesses. Thank you that we still have a place in your heart. Father, thank you for the destiny of this Great Nation, Ghana. Thank you that, in spite of all our challenges we are still standing. We are grateful to you Lord for businesses that are still standing even through the economic downturns. Thank you for peace, unity and love in our hearts for our beloved Country. We are grateful for everything.

We come as a Nation through the blood of Jesus to ask you for mercy and forgiveness. We have sinned against you in many ways but because of the finished work on the Cross of Calvary, please behold the blood of Jesus and forgive us. Forgive us for the innocent blood that has been shed in the name of politics. Forgive us for the atrocities committed in our Land against children. Forgive us for allowing perversion on our land. Forgives us for the mishandling of government and every loot in the government. Forgive us for dishonouring the Laws of the Land and promoting injustice. Please be merciful to us.

Forgive us for our disobedience to your Word, by breaking your commandments without the fear of God in our hears. Have mercy on us just because of Jesus. We repent and renounce all evil in our hearts and embrace your truth and righteousness through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen!

Father, Your Word says if we will humble ourselves in repentance, in prayer and seek your face, you will hear us from Heaven and heal our Land (2 Chronicles 7:14). Please Father, as we have found favour in your sight through the death of Jesus and His shed blood we ask that please heal our Land and deliver us from evil. Deliver us from sorrows as a Nation and heal our economy. Restore dignity and greatness in our people and our government. Make us strong again and favour us on international fronts.

Please fill our Leaders with the spirit of the fear of God, wisdom, wealth creation ideas and above all, genuine love and compassion for the people. Enable them to fulfil their duties to the Nation.

Let the Word of God increase in our Nation and revive us again. We ask that Jesus will be exalted above all others in our Nation. Bless this year 2017 and make it a fruitful year for us in the name of Jesus.

Please protect our President Nana Ado and His family, our Vice President Dr. Bawumia and his family, all cabinet ministers, and all leaders. Protect our people and protect our nation.
