LGC Daily Inspirational Message: The Prayer of Jabez – A Cry for Divine Enlargement
📖 “Now Jabez was more honorable than his brothers, and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, ‘Because I bore him in pain.’ And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, ‘Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!’ So God granted him what he requested.” (1 Chronicles 4:9-10)
🔹 God hears and answers prayers! Jabez refused to let his painful past define his future. Instead, he called on God for blessing, expansion, divine presence, and protection. When you seek God with a sincere heart, He can turn your pain into purpose and enlarge your influence for His glory!
🙏 Prayer
Lord, bless me indeed and enlarge my territory. Let Your hand be upon me, keep me from harm, and let my life bring no pain but only glory to Your name. Amen
