The turn of Jesus is the hope that supports the church. He himself promises to come soon, and our heart must respond with desire and preparation. Today, we are called to live in holiness, watching and praying, so that we are ready when the Bride returns to seek his bride, the faithful church.

Prayer: Father, I praise you for the promise of the coming of your Son. prepare my heart for that glorious day, and help me to live in holiness and expectation. let me cry with fervor: 'Come, Lord Jesus', in your holy name, Amen.

Christian faith requires introspection and sincerity before God. Examining ourselves is an act of humility, to verify whether we are firm in the truth of the Gospel or whether we need correction. Today, we are called to look inside, ask for the direction of the Holy Spirit and align our lives with the will of the Lord, so that our faith is genuine and fruitful.

Prayer: Lord, give me the courage to examine my faith with honesty. show me where I have to change, and guide me through your Spirit to stay in you. let my life be a true reflection of your love, in the name of your Son Jesus, Amen.
