A CHARISMATIC ERROR

Matthew 26:53 AMP
Do you think that I cannot appeal to My Father, and He will immediately provide Me with more than twelve legions of angels?

"Command Your Angel" is an error taught by some charismatic Pastors. It is unscriptural. We don't have the authority to do so. Period!

Jesus shows us the procedure: we pray to our Father, then He gives the command. Let no man inspite of their name, fame, and anointing, lie to you.

We cannot command an Angels. They serve us by commands from a command centre beyond us. They don't do the bidding of men. They obey God and God alone.

Dear Pastor, Singer, Musician, Watch and Pray!

Your Head Pastor is pressuring you to sign on to fulltime ministry. If you are not ready, tell him without fear. If he insists, insist that you are not ready. If it's God that told him, or he feels he really needs you, he will tell you to pray and present your demands.

On the other hand, if you want to sign up, go for serious paper work. Talk to others if you dont know how to go about it. Ask your Pastor about salary, allowances, leave arrangements, end of service benefits, Social Security contributions, insurance, appointment letter, etc.

Don't be driven by sensationalism and your so called "i love this church- i love this great family". If your Pastor loves you and cares for your future, he will sit with you and discuss the above mentioned procedures.. He will honestly negotiate with you if he thinks your demands are a bit too high. But at the end, he will ensure that he follows the labour laws of the Republic.

On the other hand, if he starts ranting, telling you that you are money-concious, you don't understand the work of the ministry, you are Judas, satan, etc; he goes into the pulpit and starts raining figurative bombs on you, he starts discrediting you to his wife, your colleage Pastors, and you start feeling isolated, know that he just wants to use you like trash in that so-called full-time ministry he is calling you into. He has no plan for your future.

He will use you and dump you when he has got what he wants or gets another who can do your job. And when you are worn-out and turn to legalities to settle the matter, he will use legalities to exhonirate himself and the church. Remember he may wield more cash and power when you awake from your unholy slumber. If it will take him paying his way through(bribes) to discredit you, he will. Such uncaring characters of capable of anything including criminality.

Too many Pastor and musicians are suffering in the agedness because in their ministry youthfulness, they were driven by sensationalism more that wisdom. Don't fall by the opportunistic sword of an unrenewed mind.

Things have changed so much. Watch!

Foolishness is anti-Christ.
Wisdom is a principality(Stay under its radius).
Don't Be a fool.

To My Dear Pastors
1 Chronicles 25:7 NKJV
So the number of them, with their brethren who were instructed in the songs of the LORD, all who were skillful, was two hundred and eighty-eight.

If you want a strong choir or praise and worship team, the first thing to do is to exclude that department when making announcements for dormant members to join any department they want to serve in.

Singing is a universal ability God has given to all humans; but doing it skilfully goes beyond ability to refined ability.
Build a skillful praise and worship team or choir by ensuring that only those who have the requisite skill or are willing to be trained if they believe they have the call enroll in that department.
