The first century church was obsessed by the daily teaching and preaching of Jesus. In every house and community, they never ceased evangelizing to the unsaved. (1.) YOU CAN SAVE A SOUL ... Preach the Savior
1Timothy 1:11 According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.
Never doubt what we can accomplish with the gospel of Jesus and the indwelling Holy Spirit. It is the ultimate key to salvation and Satan can attest to this truth. The gospel of Jesus is the power of God unto salvation and has been committed to our trust. Soul are eargerly waiting to be saved but without the preaching the gospel, they will remain unsaved. All we have to do is preach salvation in Jesus and God is faithful to save the sinner. We are co-workers with Christ and hence must always make ourselves available in the preaching of the gospel.
(2.) YOU CANNOT BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SAVIOR
Mark 8:38 Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
Because of the measureless love of God for us, hence Jesus sacrificed everything, came down on earth from heaven just to save all men. On earth, he selflessly preached the kingdom of God even to his death. Yet knowing perfectly well that he was to die for sinful humanity, he never refused to offer himself as sin offering. If Jesus was not ashamed to die for us, why will you be ashamed to talk to others about him.
We will be ungrateful to hide this great sacrifice from others who need to also experience God's love expressed in Christ.
Beloved, if you are ashamed of preaching Jesus to the unsaved, then he will also be ashamed to intercede for you in the presence of his father.
Overcome shyness today by using any mean to let the unsaved know that JESUS DIED FOR THEM AND LOVES THEM BEYOND EXPLANATION.
(3.) BECAUSE I HAVE JESUS...I WILL NOT BE ASHAMED
Psalms 25:2 O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.
Jesus was never ashamed of referring to God as his father. He was also not ashamed of referring to himself as a Son of God destined to die for the salvation of sinful humanity.
Hence unashamedly preach to all men about God's kingdom. When asked about his identity, be publicly exclaimed, " I AM THE SON OF GOD". And willingly sacrificed himself for God. If Jesus was not ashamed of God, Why do we have to be ashamed of Jesus. Why should we be ashamed of him and all he did for us on the cross of calvary. If Jesus is your savior, why don't you show gratitude by preaching or using every available and possible means to the world know that JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY to SALVATION and ETERNAL LIFE.
(4.) ALL SOULS BELONG TO JESUS
Collossians 1:16 For by him were all things created...
It is deception for christian to believe that some souls belongs to the devil. No soul belongs to Satan. Satan didn't create any man, so cannot claim ownership of any soul no matter their sins or evil. Soul winning is crucial because it is the only medium of setting every soul free from the influence and power of the devil. Therefore we mustn't judge or condemn any soul but instead leave judgement to God. He is the only one who decides those who will make it to heaven and who wouldn't. Only Keep preaching and soon all men shall be saved by your gospel.
IF HEAVEN ALWAYS REJOICE BECAUSE OF YOU, THEN YOU WILL BE CREDITED WITH BLESSING BEYOND MEASURE.
(5.) ONLY JESUS SAVES
Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
There are many religions all over the world. All have teachings and tenets that are distinct and humanly attractive, claiming to be the only way to eternal life and God.
Thou all claim to be the only way to God and eternal rest, yet there is only one faith that leads to God and that is
Christianity.
According to John 3:14-18, the bible distinct Jesus as the only begotten Son of God as well as the ONLY TRUE WAY to eternal life. There is no other person or religion ordained by God through which all men shall be saved. No one will come to Jesus and go the same because forgiveness of sins and eternal life has been given to all men through him. Jesus is always ready and waiting for the sinner to willingly repent and come to him to be saved. Every religion is lifeless but faith in Jesus is salvation and eternal life. Choose Jesus above every other religion and enjoy eternal rest.
John 14:6 says, "Jesus is the way, truth and life, no one comes to the father except through him.
If only we will have faith in Jesus, and shall preach him to the word, he will save all men.
(6.) IF YOU PREACH JESUS, SOULS WILL NOT PERISH
John 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
It is in the power of God to convict and convert any man no matter how evil or sinful they are. Our only duty is to preach Jesus to them. God will decide who will be saved and who will perish in their sins. The Ultimate key to the Salvation of all men is the gospel of Jesus. If we keep preaching it, then God will save those who he chooses to save. For the christian, we must always focus on spreading the gospel to the ends of the world. No single soul will perish when we passionately and prayerfully preach Jesus to the unsaved.
(7.) BECAUSE OF YOU SO MANY PEOPLE WILL GET SAVED
Acts 2:41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added [unto them] about three thousand souls.
There are many souls who will get saved because of you. Every Christian have been given the Holy Spirit, God's word as well as a commandment to win soul. You cannot excuse yourselves due to challenges. If you keep preaching no matter the challenges, one day God will reward your effort with souls as credit. There are souls you've been anointed to win, so never be idle and lazy. Stop giving excuses and start exploring the opportunities laid ahead of you. No matter how stubborn a soul may proof, God is able to save the worsest sinner. Nothing is too difficult for him. Only focus and keep winning soul. One day will be harvest day for you.
(8.) PREACH JESUS AND SAVE A SOUL
Acts 8:35 Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus.
We do not know who will get saved when we preach Jesus to the unsaved. Someone needs to be saved and you can be that fortunate christian God will use to rescue them from sin and evil.
Salvation is a scarce commodity. It is never sold on the market or a shopping mall. Thou salvation is scarce, yet the gospel of Jesus gives that opportunity to be saved.
Without you preaching it, no one will be saved no matter what religion they belong to. Salvation comes from only Jesus and therefore keep preaching to the unsaved. Never mind how long it takes. If only we keep preaching, one day, we will harvest souls by the grace of God.
(9.) THEY ARE WAITING FOR YOU
Matthew 12:15 But when Jesus knew [it], he withdrew himself from thence: and great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all.
Every soul has someone that must introduce them to Christ. This is the essence of evangelism. It is our duty to go to the unsaved. Even though it appears the unsaved do not care whether we preach to them or not, yet the honest truth is that their soul secretly yearn for salvation. This yearning is deep-seated and until we pray to God for them, they wouldn't realize they need salvation. Most often we turn to think the unsaved is careless or arrogant, but most often, it is a manifestation of a deep yearning for something more than entertainment or sexual pleasure. No matter how destructive and sinful the unsaved may seem, it is our duty to look pass the flesh into their empty soul hungry for God. Fast and pray about their souls that a window of opportunity will be opened for them to come to realize their sinful state and the need to recieve Jesus into their hearts. After a while, the Lord will convict even the worse sinner, bring them to a saving knowledge and grant them grace to repent and accept Jesus as Lord and personal savior and be saved.
Every soul is waiting but we must wait patiently and expectantly in fasting and prayer as well as persist in introducing Christ to them until they get saved.
(10.) DON'T SIT ON SOMEONE'S DESTINY
Matthew 18:14 Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.
It is the destiny of all men to be saved. No single person on this earth must willfully be exempted. Jesus must be preach to all men. No man should ever predict or dictating who must go to heaven and who must go to hell. It is only up to God to decide the end of all men. No matter how evil someone is, our duty is to keep preaching Jesus to them. Beloved, don't sit on anybodies destiny. Don't be a judge of people's destiny. Believe God want to save all men and aggressively fast and reach out until all men get saved.
(11.) LET HEAVEN REJOICE
Luke 15:7 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.
The bible says heaven rejoices when one sinner get saved. So can you imagine what will happen when thousands of souls are won for Jesus. There will be a year round party in heaven.
Soul winning is the secret to spontaneous rejoicing in heaven. The earth will experience rain of blessings when heaven is rejoicing. Let's keep preaching Jesus and more souls will be won by the power of God. By this, we will keep heaven rejoicing day by day.
(12.) BECAUSE OF YOU, SO MANY PEOPLE WILL GO TO HELL
It is never the responsibility of God or his angels to come on the earth and preach the gospel. It is also not the duty of the unsaved to willingly come to the church and bid for salvation. Rather, Jesus commands the christian to evangelize to the unsaved. Many souls will perish and end up in hell without us going out. Never assume others will win the souls we are destined to win. Every believer must partake and for we will be held accountable for our disobedience. The blood of the unsaved will be on our hands if we refuse to step out and act now. Today is the day the Lord as made, and souls must be won in this day. Tomorrow may not be condusive for perilous days are approaching. Lets make hay while the sun shines for a day is coming when we wouldn't have the change to preach the gospel of Jesus.
(13.) YOU WILL GIVE ACCOUNT FOR SOULS
Romans 14:12 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.
Dear reader, there is a day ahead of us when God will demand us to give account for the souls he positioned around us to be won by us. That day will surely came without fail and no christian will escape it. Souls must be won at all cost and by every godly means or will perish and this displease the God.
Escape this judgement by laboring to win souls. This act will expand the kingdom of God and depopulate hell. It will also bring you blessing without limit
(14.) SATAN IS RESISTING YOU FROM YOUR BLESSING
1Thessalonians 2:18 Wherefore we would have come unto you, even I Paul, once and again; but Satan hindered us.
Every christian who win souls become a co-labourers of God kingdom. He is a partner and contributor in the kingdom expansion agenda of God. Such christian is destined to inherit a slice of heaven. The blessing of harvesting souls for God's kingdom is hated by Satan and will do everything to discourage and dispirit you from working for God and recieving unending blessing one day. Anytime it appears it's getting difficult to win a soul, what we have to understand is that, Satan is fight our effort to become soul harvesters
So don't be discourage when the battle gets tougher. It's a sign you are drawing closer to your blessing. Win soul and recieve God's blessings.
(15.) NEVER LET JESUS BE SHY OF YOU
Luk 9:26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and [in his] Father's, and of the holy angels.
What will you do when Jesus tells you that he is ashamed to intercede for you or talk to God about you? Every christian needs Jesus to intercede for them in heaven. But when we are ashamed of preaching Jesus to the unsaved, he will also be ashamed of represent or interceding for us both now and in eternity.
Soul winning emboldened Jesus and caused him to speak for us. The more we evangelise to the unsaved, Jesus will also speak well of us in heaven.
NEVER LET JESUS BE ASHAMED OF SPEAKING GOOD THINGS ABOUT YOU TO HIS FATHER
(16.) PRACTICE TO PROFIT
James 1:25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth [therein], he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be BLESSED in his deed.
It is one thing to read or study the Bible. It is another to practice it's instructs. The bible says in James 1:23-24 that he that hears the word and do not practice them is like a man beholding his natural face in a glass. It also says he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
We only profit from the word we practise. Never doubt God's word, act on every single instruction and will enjoy every blessing embedded in it. Every Christian who obey God's instruction will harvest more souls.
