Preacher: Rev. Barima Appiah- Korang
Memory Verse: Romans 8:33 ( NIV)
βWho will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies.β
Key Message
One of the greatest burdens many people carry is the fear of what others think. Yet, no matter how carefully you live your life, someone will always have an opinion about you. People may criticize, judge, or misunderstand you, but their opinions do not determine your value. What truly matters is that God has accepted and justified you.
Because of this, donβt allow the expectations or pressures of others to dictate your decisions. There is no need to rush your life just because someone else seems to be ahead. Walk according to Godβs timing, trusting that His plan for your life is far better than trying to meet societyβs expectations.
Itβs also important to remember that everyone is fighting battles you may never see. Whether rich or poor, every person has burdens, worries, and moments of sleepless nights. Rather than comparing your journey with someone elseβs, embrace the life God has given you and trust Him to lead you through every season.
As you walk through life, never forget that your strength comes from God. Every gift, opportunity, and accomplishment is possible only because of His grace. Instead of relying solely on your own abilities, depend on Him daily for wisdom, strength, and direction.
Above all, remember that life on earth is temporary. As Jesus illustrated in **Luke 16:22**, death comes to everyone, regardless of wealth or status. The possessions we accumulate and the positions we attain cannot follow us beyond the grave. What truly matters is where we will spend eternity.
Conclusion
Rather than living to please people, choose to live in a way that pleases God. Our days are not guaranteed, and none of us knows what tomorrow holds. That makes the most important question one we should all answer today:
If your life ended today, would you be ready for eternity?
Now is the time to seek God, trust His purpose for your life, and walk with Him each day, knowing that His approval is the only one that lasts forever.
