DON'T ASSUME YOU KNOW HIM

In today's world, where information is readily available and opinions are easily formed, it is all too common for individuals to assume they know someone or something based on superficial knowledge or preconceived notions.

This can be especially true when it comes to matters of faith and spirituality, particularly in the case of assuming one knows Christ. However, assuming we know Christ without truly understanding Him can be detrimental to our spiritual growth and relationship with Him.

It is therefore, very important to bring ourselves to learn about Christ and be willing to know Him genuinely. Every Christian must put in sincere efforts to know Christ personally, to try and understand the personality of Christ and to have a close relationship with Him.

Any Christian that does not know Christ personally, no matter the services rendered, will be a cast away at the end.

Matthew 7:21
“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.

Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’

And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’
