On Sunday, 26th October 2025, the General Secretary of THE CHURCH OF PENTECOST, Apostle Samuel Gyau Oboubi joined the Labone Central and English Assemblies for a special joint service to climax the
2025 National Youth Week Celebration.
Delivering a sermon titled "Go and Tell," Apostle Obuobi drew his message from Mark 5:19-20, emphasizing that every believer is called to share their personal encounter with Christ.
He explained that, just as Jesus instructed the man delivered from demons to return home and proclaim what God had done for him, Christians today must also testify of the Lord's goodness and transforming power. According to him, evangelism begins with our own stories of faith and redemption
—not with theological complexity.
Also present at the service were the Director of the Youth Ministry, Apostle Dr. Ebenezer Hagan; the Adabraka District Pastor, Pastor Emmanuel Osei Agyapong; and the Labone District Pastor, Pastor Augustine Dorman-Kantiampong.
The climax service was vibrant and spirit-filled, as the youth displayed their creativity through spoken word, drama, choreography, and other artistic performances that echoed the
"Go and Tell" message. It was a joyous conclusion to a week that rekindled the passion of the youth to spread the gospel everywhere.
