🚨 PLEASE HELP IDENTIFY THIS MAN 🚨

The gentleman pictured is alleged to have stolen Sister Charlotte’s handbag this morning at the parish. The bag contained her mobile phone, car keys, and some cash.

The incident has already been reported to the Kotobabi Police Station.
