Mathangi Arulpragasam known as Maya and professionally as M.I.A. ("Missing in Acton"), is a British singer, rapper, songwriter, record producer, and activist. Her music combines elements of alternative, dance, electronic, hip hop and world music with electronic instruments and samples. Maya's one statement deeply stirres the spirit. While explaining why she turned from Hinduism to Christianity, she said:

“Maybe there was just enough Christians praying for me.”

Today is Saturday and we are excited to invite you to join us pray for the salvation of atheist and people of other beliefs for only one (1) hour, from 9PM - 10PM GMT.

Reading the article on Mathangi Arulpragasam, one statement deeply stirs the spirit. While explaining why she turned from Hinduism to Christianity, she said:
“Maybe there was just enough Christians praying for me.”

Believers, this is a reminder for us to be intentional and consistent in praying for the salvation of souls. Let us prioritize interceding for others above our personal needs and desires. Nothing brings joy to God and His angels more than when a sinner repents and comes to the knowledge of the truth.

For this reason, we invite you to join us every Saturday as we fast from 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM and gather on ZOOM from 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM GMT for one hour of focused prayer for souls.

As we pray, someone will encounter the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ will reveal Himself to many, just as He did to this lady.

Jesus said concerning Peter (Simon Bar-Jonah) that flesh and blood had not revealed to him the true identity of Christ, but rather God the Father in heaven. Yet, in another instance, Jesus rebuked the same Peter, saying, “Get behind Me, Satan,” because he was mindful of the things of men rather than the things of God.

This teaches us the importance of carefully discerning the words and counsel we receive from others, including those who may appear spiritually fervent, anointed, or accustomed to speaking the mind of God. Every word must be weighed and examined in the light of Scripture, for there is often a fine line between speaking from a human perspective and speaking by divine inspiration.

God has graciously given you the Holy Spirit, His Word, and wisdom. Let these be your guide and foundation in discerning truth and walking according to His will.
