Today, Sunday, June 14, 2026, during the climax of District Week 2, we were privileged to host our former Area Head, Apostle Wilberforce Nkrumah-Agyeman, who ministered on the topic, “Operating Under Divine Command,” using Ecclesiastes 11:2, Psalm 126:5, and Genesis 26:12 as the main scriptures.
He explained that every seed carries hidden potential and a silent prayer for increase. In the same way, every act of giving, sacrifice, obedience, and faith speaks before God. Just as natural seeds require water, sunshine, fertile soil, and viability to germinate, spiritual seeds also require the Holy Spirit, a receptive heart, and the Word of God to produce results.
The sermon emphasized that believers must operate in willingness and obedience to experience divine abundance. According to Isaiah 1:19 and Ecclesiastes 11:6, faithful sowing and obedience position believers for God’s blessings and harvest.
He further highlighted the importance of caring for men and women of God, citing examples such as the Shunammite woman, Lydia, and the widow of Zarephath, whose support for God’s servants brought divine remembrance and blessings.
The message also encouraged Christians to give God their best and not leftovers, as seen in Numbers 18:29 and Malachi 1:8–10. Sacrificial and cheerful giving bring supernatural increase, open heavens, and divine provision.
Finally, the congregation was reminded that God never forgets any labor of love. Every sacrifice, prayer, and act of obedience is remembered by Him. The sermon concluded with a call for believers to sow faithfully, support the work of God, remain obedient, and trust God for a great harvest in due season.
