🌟 Welcome To The Month Of August: The Power & Blessing of Abiding
Grace and Peace to you, beloved servants and Saints of God!
We step into August with praise in our hearts, standing on the firm foundation of what God has already established.
In the 7th month, God perfected His work. Seven represents divine completion, wholeness, and spiritual perfection. But perfection is not where God’s story ends; it is where our continuous manifestation begins!
As we cross over into the 8th month, scripture reminds us that the number 8 symbolizes New Beginnings, Resurrection, and Superabundance.However, new beginnings and perfected blessings can only be sustained through one vital key: ABIDING.
The Lesson of Eden vs. The Call to Abide
When we look back at the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve were placed in the fullness of God's perfected creation. Everything they could ever need was provided. Yet, the moment they failed to abide in God’s presence, commandments, and authority, they lost alignment with the Creator.
Disobedience fractured their communion, and as a result, they forfeited the authority, peace, and abundance given to them.
Losing God's presence meant losing everything.
We cannot maintain Eden's blessings outside of Eden's God.
What Happens When We Abide?
When we choose to remain, dwell, and take root in God’s presence this month, we unlock the following:
1. Sustained Manifestation: What God perfected in month 7 will not wither in month 8; it will flourish.
2. Fruitfulness & Vitality: Our life source flows directly from the Vine—we do not strive in our own strength.
3. Divine Protection & Peace: Abiding places us under the shadow of the Almighty (Psalm 91), where no plot of the enemy can derail our new beginning.
Let us fix our hearts on Him this August. As we abide in His Word and presence, every gift, revelation, and assignment He has entrusted into our hands will break forth into glorious new beginnings!
