BIBLE TEXT: Ephesians 2:10

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them

Have you ever had the opportunity to visit the shop of any craftman? Well I have, and it was a great experience. The joy of their work is in the processes and procedures that ensures a perfectly crafted work. Their product is what actually markets them and therefore they take a lot of time to carefully craft whatever it may be in order to bring them the needed customers.

In the creation story of human as recorded in the Bible, God in a like manner, carefully crafted and created you and I. Where as with the other things He commanded, with you and I, He carefully and diligently crafted. He took a lot of time in moulding and creating us because we are His best of products. We are His workmanship!

We have been crafted and created in Christ as a work of art by God to show the greatness of a Savior who makes something beautiful out of the broken pieces of our lives. The joy of the Lord is to see you and I do the good works God hath before ordained that we walk in. He made you the way you're not for youself but for His good works. He carefully crafted you to suit the work onto which He will assign you. Your shape is for your mission, therefore show forth the good works of the Lord!

Jehovah is translated as "The Existing One" or "Lord." The chief meaning of Jehovah is derived from the Hebrew word Havah meaning "to be" or "to exist." It also suggests "to become" or specifically "to become known" - this denotes a God who reveals Himself unceasingly.

The God who reveals Himself unceasingly reveal Himself to the body of christ in Afghanistan in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen
