I know your works. See, I have set before you
an open door, and no one can shut it; for you
have a little strength, have kept My word, and
have not denied My name. REVELATION 3:8

An open door is an opportunity.
In the days before the construction of modern
harbours, a ship had to stay a distance away
from the shore to wait for the high tide before
they could make it to port.
The Captains had to wait for the critical moment
when the tide turned so that they could quickly
bring their ships to harbour. This precise timing
skill was known in Latin as, ‘ob portu’. It is a
term that literally means, 'standing off port,
waiting for the moment.'
The English word opportunity is derived from
this original meaning. It means to wait for the
right moment to act.
To recognize opportunity is the difference
between success and failure. When opportunity
knocks, we have to get up and answer the door.
Sadly, many people are unable to do just that.
They pray hard for God’s intervention yet when
the moment comes for the Lord to honour their
prayers, they either fail to see the opportunity
or hesitate and miss the opportunity.
I pray for you that today God will open your
eyes to the opportunities around you. I pray
that you will not miss your moment. MAY TODAY
BE YOUR DAY OF FULFILLED OPPORTUNITIES IN JESUS NAME.

"The LORD will cause your enemies who rise
against you to be defeated before your face;
they shall come out against you one way and
flee before you seven ways” Deuteronomy 28:7

MESSAGE:
God does not promise us a life without enemies.
What He promises us is victory over the
conspiracies of our enemies. Who is an enemy?
Webster’s Dictionary describes an enemy in part
as ‘one seeking to injure, overthrow, or
confound an opponent’.
The ultimate enemy for a child of God is Satan.
However, there are human beings who off and
on play the role of enemies in our lives. Apart
from that, certain conditions of life and
situations we encounter may also become our
‘enemies’ such as sicknesses, poverty, ignorance
and low self-esteem.
God promises that when we walk in obedience
before Him, He will cause two things to happen
to our enemies.
1. ‘They will be defeated before your face’. That
means God will give us a visible victory. It will
not happen behind your back but right in front
of you.
2. ‘They shall flee before you seven ways’. God
will rout our enemies in battle and scatter their
plans and conspiracies on the winds.
Whether your enemy is satan, people or
threatening conditions, there is victory for you.
In the name of Jesus, I COMMAND EVERY ENEMY
THAT IS RISEN AGAINST YOU TO BE DEFEATED
BEFORE YOUR FACE!

“See, I have set before you today life and
good, death and evil, in that I command you
today to love the LORD your God, to walk in
His ways, and to keep His commandments,
His statutes, and His judgments, that you
may live and multiply; and the LORD your
God will bless you in the land which you go
to possess…I call heaven and earth as
witnesses today against you, that I have set
before you life and death, blessing and
cursing; therefore choose life, that both you
and your descendants may live; Deuteronomy
30:15–16; 19

UNDERSTAND THIS.
One of the certainties of life is that each one
of us makes choices. When we were children
choices were made for us. But as we grow up
we take more and more responsibility for our
choices.
One of the most important truths in life is
that choices have consequences. The choices
your parents made for you and the choices
you make for yourself have consequences.
God has given us the freedom to choose the
lives we want. We can serve Him or sneer at
Him. We can live in sin or live in
righteousness. We can be lazy or
hardworking. We can waste our gifts or use
them productively. We can choose the
blessing or choose the curse. It’s all in our
power. We choose the life we want and face
it’s consequences.
Today, think deeply about your life. Consider
the choices you make. Think about the
consequences of your choices.
I pray that the Holy Spirit will help you make
the right choices for yourself, your marriage,

“God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a
son of man, that He should repent. Has He
said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken,
and will He not make it good? Behold, I have
received a command to bless; He has
blessed, and I cannot reverse it”. Numbers
23:19–20

God is constant. He calls Himself, ‘I AM
THAT I AM’. He is who He is. He is
unchanging in His nature and character. His
word is an expression of Himself. Whatever
He says, He is also able to perform. If He
says something is so, IT IS SO. All things are
subject to His word.
Be assured today that every good intention
and promise of God concerning your life will
manifest; He desires to make your life a sign
and a wonder to His glory
Because of the certainty of His word, when
He blesses you, YOU ARE BLESSED INDEED.
No power or force can reverse His blessing
upon your life.
Today, I have received a command to bless

One of the ways through which GOD speaks to us is taking us through challenges and difficult moments. Thats why we always have to draw closser to GOD when we are faced with problems in our christian journey and ask GOD the lessons HE wants us to learn so we can become better people. The solution to every problem is in the problem, ask GOD to give you new ideas and strength to win every battle in Jesus name. SHALOM!
