1 Kings 20:11
The king of Israel answered, “Tell him: ‘One who puts on his armor should not boast like one who takes it off.’

Let him who is now going to the war not boast like the one who has returned because, a king is not saved by the size of his army with the kind of ammunition they possess, nor a warrior is delivered by his great strength when the almighty God is involved. Hoses and Chariots are prepared for the day of battle but victory comes from above.
Knowing this, Jehoshaphat the king of Judah said to Ahab the king of Israel "let us enquire of the Lord." before going to the battle.
( 1kings 22:1-40 )
Now king Jehoshaphat who believe outcome of battle is determined by God life was preserved. King Ahab on the other hand, who overlooked the truth of God's word believing in false prophecies and battle strategies, disguised himself in the field of the battle but died. Beloved, "by strength shall no man prevail."
2 Corinthians 13:8
"[8]For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth."
Be preserved, have power of the supernatural and the natural as you are led by God. Blessings.

Lacking the ability to grasp for indwelling of the word, is tantamount to failure in application; bringing life to a halt.
