Today, words may not be enough to express the deep gratitude and admiration we feel for His Royal Majesty Yagbonwura Bii-Kunuto Jewu Soale I.
His presence at this year’s Jintigi Festival was not just an honour to the people of Larabanga but a blessing to the entire Gonjaland.
He is more than a traditional ruler. He is a father to all, a symbol of peace, and a pillar of unity for our land. In a time when many leaders chase status, Yagbonwura Bii-Kunuto Jewu Soale I continues to lead with humility, wisdom, and a heart that carries the hopes of all his people.
He visits other kings with dignity and respect, not out of obligation, but out of a genuine desire to strengthen relationships and promote peace across the region and beyond . His leadership reflects the true meaning of kingship, not just ruling, but serving.
To have him join us in Larabanga for the Jintigi Festival, to witness his presence during the Qur’an recitations and cultural events, was a moment we will always treasure. His support gives us confidence, pride, and a deeper sense of unity as a people.
He is a king for all of Gonjaland, a leader whose vision, humility, and love for the people make him truly exceptional.
From the sacred grounds of the Larabanga Ancient Mosque, and from the hearts of those who cherish our culture and traditions, we say thank you, Your Majesty.
May your reign be long. May your wisdom continue to grow. And may Allah bless you with strength and guidance as you lead Gonjaland with grace and honor.
