BREAK A FALLOW GROUND
Sow for yourselves righteousness, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your fallow (unplowed) ground; for it is time to seek the Lord , until he comes and showers righteousness on you.
📖 Hosea 10:12.
We give glory to God for He reigns. He is the rock of ages and He deserves every praise, worship and thanksgiving. By grace and mercy, He has sustained and brought us thus.
From the days of creation till now, God has given us the ability and opportunities to explore and do more to satisfy ourselves. However, man has not been able to do enough. Even scientists believe that, we have not been able to use up to twenty (20) percent of our brain (intellect). That alone show that, there are more ideas to explore and new things to do every day.
As Believers in Christ Jesus, God is always expectant of us to do more all the time at a given opportunity. He also required from us to try new that will show off the ability and potentials He has imputed into us.
Our topic for today is saying that, we should _Break a Fallow Ground._ A fallow ground is a ground which is left bare, uncultivated, unseeded, unplanted on, a virgin land, unfruitful, unused* and when we bring it to our lives, it is a person who is or has been *inactive, slow or no motion, unproductive, lazy, wasteful, useless, barren, unmarried, never takes chances, never tried anything new, never achieve anything or new such a person is a Fallow Person.
So as it remains exactly nine months for this year to end, I need you to start and try something new, take a risk and attempt on something different, accept an opportunity, put that idea to test, try a new relationship, try to marry or marry again. Just make sure you don't remain stagnant and doing the same thing over and over again.
Breaking of this fallow ground can within something you know and use to do already, it been something you have never tried or do before, it can be an idea you have had from child age, school or for a time now. It can also be something small you will just to your existing talent, skill or business.
_Just make sure you explore, touch or do something new from now._
You have the ideas, you can do, God has chosen you to do it, He has blessed you and has given you the power to. Don't be afraid of failing anymore, just do it - break a new ground now.
To conclude, make sure when you think of breaking that fallow ground, put God and His righteousness first, let the fear, will and love of God lead in touching a new thing. Do well to commit it to God first to make your paths straight for you.
God bless you and cause your ways to prosper even as you try to Touch and Break a Fallow Ground.
Let's Pray: God of all possibilities, open my eyes to see and identify a fallow ground in my and around me. I commit all my taught and Ideas in your hands today. Father anything new thing that I will touch from today onwards, let it bear and produce much fruits for all to benefit from and to give you Glory.
