Do you think God is more interested in you travelling abroad or securing that dream job than in you repenting from your sins?

Any prophet who, in the name of Jesus, prophesies blessings to people without telling them to turn away from their sins is himself suspect. Those prophets have no vision from the LORD!

Don't tell them 'it is well' when it is not well!

A simple prayer like, “Lord, if this isn’t Your will for me, I will wait,” can protect your heart more than you’ll ever know.

Not everything that feels right is right — but God’s will is always best.

“Let Your will be done, Lord, not mine.”

Don’t just follow your heart — guard it.

Our emotions shift. Our feelings mislead.

“The heart is deceitful above all things…” (Jeremiah 17:9)

But the Word tells us: “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
(Proverbs 4:23)

Make prayer your first response, not your last resort.

Before you react, pray.

Before you decide, pray.

When you walk with the Spirit, you won’t walk blindly.

He will lead you, correct you, and protect you — even from yourself.

May your spiritual eyes be sharper than your emotions, so you can see what feelings cannot reveal 🫶🏻✨ ...

Teach, Empower, Enlighten!

The fact that - everyone else is doing it or would have succumbed to it doesn't mean you should do same.

The fact that you could not overcome when you faced it or could not overcome it when you were younger doesn't mean you should not inspire and encourage others to overpower it in their time.

We cannot say we were disobedient as kids, so we would not teach or empower our children to be obedient.

The fact that you could not Iive a certain life does not mean that you abandon your own kids to their own fate. You certainly ought to teach them the right thing to do!

We teach, we preach, we empower and we impact because we know the choices we made were not the best, and we correct that past by assisting the young ones to do what is right, and not to repeat our mistakes. Yes! - our own history and experience has to be of great benefit to those who look up to us. And that alone is a fulfilment! - the joy that comes with it feels like being able to finally overpower our past weaknesses.

Our weakness yesterday is the reason for our strength today.

The change begins with teaching them to overpower the mistakes of yesterday.

Glory be to God Almighty - in Jesus' name!

Ownership of Ghana.

Nobody can claim to have more interest in the nation Ghana than what God Himself has. He created the world and everything in it which includes Ghana (the land and all the people in it). So Ghana is His! - Ghana is His creation! - and belongs to Him and Him alone. He has one hundred percent (100%) shares in the nation Ghana, and does not share ownership with any other person (creation).

He has only appointed some of the people He created to take executive roles, legislative roles and judiciary roles - to steer the affairs of the corporate Ghana which He the Lord owns.

Therefore service to the land Ghana is service to the owner (God).

Your pastor may not have touched on this in his sermons for a while now - but I am reminding you - that only if you are a Christian and you are aspiring to practice the values of Christ as written in the Bible, then you ought to know and come to the realisation that *corruption is a sinful act*.

The Lord expects you to do what is right, all the time, in contributing your quota of service. Because *corruption drains the soul of the nation!*

This does not only apply to corruption related to political offices - but to all of us - each and every one of us in one way or the other serve the nation - as a teacher, banker, security personnel, carpenter, fashion designer, engineer, surveyor, farmer, finance professional, entrepreneur, medical practioner, legal practitioner, driver, apprentice, leaders of faith based organisations, cleaners, various public and civil servants, students etc

Today is another Monday, the beginning of another working week, and you have another opportunity to change and distance yourself from any act of corruption and bribery.

We are all involved in building our motherland!

Serving Ghana well amounts to serving the Lord, and you'd be bountifully rewarded.

May God keep blessing, our beloved nation, Ghana.
