She has the key to save him and change their situation. Regardless of how they got in this predicament , she STILL holds the key. Now she could give him the key and "set him free" but she doesn't trust him. She thinks if he could get away by any means he would and leave her . . . . to die! But he wants to save her regardless of their situation. He will stretch himself far and thin in order to save her to have her to hold her. However he's powerless to change anything his circumstance only but allows so much and unfortunately it will never be enough. Not enough to make her trust him and not enough to reach her. He'd break his own chains if he could but he simply can't. And even though she's the one dying, she has the most power. She could save them both but she would die before she trust him. And he'll eventually die without the key.

We're all God's children. We worship in the same buildings together, and hold activities as well. We express our love to members during testimony meetings. We hug and kiss to tell each other we love them.
But then we allow tribal sentiments to split us up. "You can't be with that young man or woman because he or she is from such tribe."
So I'm thinking, what brings this about and should we allow it be so? What do you think Our Father in Heaven makes of this?

From a talk from Reuben Mantey today on Trust in the Lord:
The Lord carries out His words no matter what. We can trust in Him to do what He has said He will do. His course as we learn from the Doctrine and Covenants is one eternal round. He turns not to the left nor to the right when He has said he will do something.
Reuben Mantey puts it this way, "The Lord doesn't say, 'Because of economic circumstances, I cannot do what I said I will do this year.' He delivers on His promises. We can trust Him."

The doctrine of Eternal Marriage and Families is a wonderful one.
Many a time, we see the beautiful qualities of a person who could be a loving eternal mate. But we bring up "certain things" that make us not look their way.
Reflect upon your feelings of Marriage and let's have your sincere feelings of how to make that happen.

The small details of your lives are what really matter in a relationship. It is not the mansion, the car, property, the money in the bank. These create an environment conducive for happiness but cannot give happiness in themselves. So find time to be your spouse’s friend and do those little things for each other that build intimacy. Do have a real happy marriage!
