October month of *GRACE AND FAVOR*

So Esther was taken to King Ahasuerus into his royal house in the tenth month, which is the month Tebeth, in the seventh year of his reign.
And the king loved Esther more than all the women, and she found *grace* and *favour* in his eyes more than all the virgins, so that he set the royal crown on her head, and made her queen in the place of Vashti. Esther 2:16-17,May God divine favor and Grace locate you at your door step in Jesus name.

Introduction

Every great move of God begins with a first step...

Many people are waiting for a perfect plan, perfect resources, or perfect timing but perfection never comes...

The secret is this: God doesn’t move when you’re standing still; He moves when you start moving.

Main Points

1. Start Before You’re Ready

Abraham didn’t know where he was going, but he obeyed God’s call (Hebrews 11:8)...

David stepped onto the battlefield with just a sling, not a full army...

The Israelites stepped into the Red Sea before it parted... Faith moves first; clarity follows later.

2. Clarity Comes Through Motion

When you move, God gives direction.

Think of a car: you can’t steer it unless it’s moving...

3. Imperfect Starts Still Lead to Perfect Results

Moses stammered, yet God used him to deliver Israel.

Peter sank in doubt, yet he’s the only man besides Jesus to walk on water.

Don’t despise small beginnings (Zechariah 4:10)... Start unsure, start imperfect but just start..

Practical Application

That business idea, that book, that ministry vision begin it now...

Stop waiting for perfect conditions....Write the first page, make the first call, pray the first prayer...Motion activates miracles.

Conclusion

Your starting point may be small, but your obedience will attract God’s power...

Don’t remain at the starting line. . Take the step, and God will order the rest...

Who we surround ourselves with inevitably shapes us...If we must climb a ladder, someone has to hold it steady...

Relationships are a kind of currency...People are ladders...

I’ve chosen not just to have friends, but to build relationships that matter relationships where, if my feet slip, they hold me up; and if I wander, they lovingly call me back. Not those who smile at an error they could have corrected.

Above all, I want to be the kind of person others can correct without fear someone open to truth, humility, and growth.

I submit to no one or no one can correct me is not the language of strength or independence; it’s the sound of someone on their way to a fall...

Not everyone should have that privilege, but there must be trusted voices who can speak into our lives with love.

We call them fathers, mentors, close friends, and partners...

Because a man in authority with no authority over him carries a dangerous title...
