Understanding the Sabbath and Christmas
For the Sabbath, special care is needed. Many Christians observe Sunday as a day set apart rather than the Jewish Sabbath day, Saturday. Many take Paul's exhortation that all days are the same to mean that the Sabbath does not need to formerly, observed by Christians (Romans 14:5-6) Whatever our beliefs, it is clear that God desires we set aside time to rest and be with God.
Regarding Christmas, Christmas is a Christian Holiday
Regarding Easter: Easter is a Christian Holiday
When someone tells a Christian they should not celebrate Christmas or Easter, they are telling you to deny Jesus and your identity as a Christian
Regarding Jewish Sabbath Saturday: The Jews took their Sabbath on Saturday. If you are a Jew then you do what the Jews do. But if you are a Christian, your Sabbath is Sunday
And if you want to take Paul exhortation that all days are the same to mean that the Sabbath does not to need to be observed by Christians
5-6 In the same way, some think one day is more holy than another day, While others think everyday is alike. You should each be fully convinced that whichever day you choose is acceptable.
I gave my Sweet Potatoes and Yams Festival on Saturday and Sunday which requires selling on both days and working. I think as a Christian and like Paul. I took my rest day on Monday.
Knowing when to take your Sabbath has been a big confusion and misunderstanding among Christians, with some arguing Saturday verses Sunday.

And you can choose if are a Christian to take your rest day.
If you have to work on a Sunday, you can take your rest day on Monday to spend time with God or whatever day you have off.
