Excerpts from the Sunday Second Service of Grace at the Accra Newtown Branch, Kpehe, 23 August 2026.

"Not long after that, the younger son got together all he had, set off for a distant country and there squandered his wealth in wild living. After he had spent everything, there was a severe famine in that whole country, and he began to be in need." (Luke 15:13-14)

We we taught on the "Dangers the befall those who leave their Fathers".

The parable of the prodigal son illustrates the serious spiritual and practical hazards of walking away from fatherhood, divine order, and spiritual covering. When an individual separates from the father's house, vulnerability sets in immediately.

Key Points from the Message:

1. Loss of Presence, Guidance, and Genuine Fellowship (Luke 15:13-15)
Departing from the father removes access to seasoned counsel and directional insight, leaving a person to navigate life choices purely by personal impulse. This separation also forfeits steady, covenant companionship. Worldly relationships formed in a distant country quickly dissolve during hardship, trading trusted mentorship for painful isolation.

2. Loss of Protection (Proverbs 27:8)
Stepping outside the boundary of spiritual headship removes the protective shelter of pastoral prayer and vigilant oversight. This leaves an individual exposed to spiritual hazards and exploitation.

3. Lack of Sustained Provision (Luke 15:14, 17)
Resources consumed outside the structure of the father's house cannot easily be renewed. While stability and abundance remain within the father's home, separation leads directly to spiritual famine and lack.

Remain rooted in the house of faith, preserve a teachable heart under godly leadership, and honor the spiritual covering God has placed over your life. Shalom!

"For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands" 2 Timothy 1:6 (NIV)

We can build the Church of God through the several gifts the Lord has placed in us. Every believer carries something that can contribute to the growth and advancement of God’s Kingdom.

Never let God, yourself and generation down by diminishing our giftings, let's nurture is by the help of the Holy Spirit. Shalom!

"Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name." (Psalm 100:4)

Beloved, you being a creation and redemption are reasons to praise your Maker. Praise and thanksgiving grant direct access into the presence of God.

Let us look at Four strategic dimensions of Praise

1. Praising with Sacrifice (Hebrews 13:15)
Praise becomes explosive when combined with sacrifice, triggering the turnaround of captives.

2. Praising with Fasting (Acts 13:2)
Connects humanity with divinity and unlocks the realm of God's power and glory.

3. Praising in the Night (Acts 16:25–26)
Releasing praise in dark seasons draws deep grace and breaks limitations.

4. Praising in or for the Harvest (Psalm 67:5–6)
Whenever you sense your harvest is due, praise is the key that activates the release.

Our Praise is one of the surest way of securing that we seek from Our Lord God, shalom!

WHAT A GLORIOUS FOUNDER'S DAY CELEBRATION!

Yesterday at Citadel Worship Centre Accra New Town Branch, was a memorable day of praise, honor, and deep reflection as we marked our Founder's Day Celebration. We are profoundly grateful to also to the Sota Branch, who joined us to celebrate the Man of God.

"Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith." (Hebrews 13:7)

We learnt some vital truths on the essence of leadership, honor, and divine grace ministered by our Pastor Paul Bangsoma.

1. Remember the Sacrifice of the Leaders. We must understand that every great work of God has a foundation built on quiet sacrifices. The early days of planting a church require tears, relentless intercession, financial strain, and unwavering conviction. When we remember the price paid by our founders and leaders, our hearts stay rooted in gratitude and humility.

2. Acknowledge That God is the True Builder. In as much as human dedication is essential, but it is God's hand that gives permanence and power to any work (Psalm 127:1). We celebrate every milestone, every soul saved, and every life transformed, knowing that the strength to build came solely from heaven. God remains the supreme architect and foundation of Citadel Worship Centre.

3. Honour the Planter, Worship the Provider, the Scripture calls us to maintain a healthy biblical balance (1 Corinthians 3:6-7). We hold the planter in high esteem for their labor and obedience, but our sacred worship belongs exclusively to God. We honor the vessel God sent to guide us, while giving all the glory, praise, and adoration to the God who provides the increase.

Thank you to every Man/ Woman of God, the Pastoral Board of C.W.C., member, and workers who made our Founder's Day service truly unforgettable. Let us continue to uphold our leadership in prayer and walk in the light of these timeless Word of God.

May the good Lord Bless and keep you in all your ways this week in Jesus name.

Excerpts from Our Prophetic, Deliverance and Breakthrough Service on Thursday, 13th August, 2026 at the Accra New Town Branch.

Beloved, "WHO IS YOUR PROPHET?"

"And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding." — Jeremiah 3:15

God never designed you to navigate life’s journey in isolation. When God prepares to move you into your destined place, He sends a vessel with the exact spiritual insight, direction, and wisdom you need.

To walk in the full blessing of divine alignment, remember these three keys:

Identify Your God-Assigned Prophet: Discern the voice God has appointed to feed your spirit with knowledge and truth.

Place Value on the Vessel: You cannot receive a reward from an office you treat with casual disregard. Cultivate a heart of honor toward the spiritual leaders in your life.

Follow the Divine Instructions: Breakthrough often hides inside simple obedience. Take God's instructions through His servant seriously to step into your destined future.

Today, take a moment to thank God for the spiritual leaders and mentors He has placed along your path!
