Dear Friends,
We are believing God that you and your family are doing well.

The CHRISTLINE CHOIR EMERGENCY HEALTH SUPPORT FUND (CCEHSF) has received a request for assistance from Ellen Ankamah, the mother of Akosua Abono Boateng, a 2year old girl who has been diagnosed with SEVERE TO PROFOUND HEARING LOSS.

A review of the request to determine the authenticity of the case by the Management Board of (CCEHSF) has done and we can confirm the case to be true and honest.

We therefore appeal to the public in Trust for the Family to support in raising of funds for the much needed IMPLANT SURGERY.

The family of Akosua is required to raise an amount of *GHC 152,000.00* for her surgery and recovery (Details in the documents attached).

The surgery must be done quickly because *the tendency of success reduces as she ages*.

Friends, Our Board realising the current state of financial affairs amongst many citizens, kindly entreat everyone who comes across this message and video to:

🖋️send in atleast 20 to 50 cedis to support the fund raising.

🖋️ share the 1min video on your WhatsApp status (consistently for atleast 5days) inviting your friends to support.

🖋️Forward the video to atleast 20 people on WhatsApp.

🖋️Share the video on your Instagram/Facebook and other social media platforms inviting your friends to support.

🖋️Consciously and deliberately ensure that 5 people within your sphere send atleast 20 cedis to support this little girl.

It's is the firm belief of the Board of CCEHSF that together, will be able to raise the funds needed for *little Akosua's surgery and recovery*.
