IT PROMISES TO BE AN EXCITING HOME COMING.

It was a Friday night when I arrived in Kaneshie. WITH cape coast. School term was over and was ready to go to youth service on Sunday afternoon. Youth service of Abossey Okai and Jubilee was top notch and was time to meet up with my colleagues and friends.
I was told of the camp meeting in St Johns Grammar school.
I didn’t know anything about Youth camps but I was poised to go.

I arrived in the Assembly Hall and was so happy to join the Mataheko District’s, Youth ministry of the church of Pentecost.

Service was joyful, you can’t sit silent when Lincoln is leading Praise. I thought that was all until it was time for worship.
Oh my God, that was a different atmosphere. Everyone was on the floor worshiping and professing their love for God. Leading the worship was Eddie Mckorle, that guy was something else. The choice of songs and the flow was amazing. The first time I had felt that presence. It was over an hour and the worship was still Flowing. I don’t remember the sermon for the day but I just knew I had felt something I had never felt before.

This was my very first experience of a camp meeting and I promise never to miss out. We have truely come this far by grace

People of God, tomorrow God willing, we roll out the first phase of the VCR, a bridge into the main home coming …. “casting Through memory lane” we are excited especially for the fact that Ben saw it, lived it and participated in the work of this ministry. Let’s come on board tomorrow @ 6:30pm. It will be both audio and written conversation.
We have a lot to reflect on. In the end we shall surely remark that, His grace has kept us through.
