Born on Friday, 5th December, 1947, The Rt. Rev. Titus K. Awotwi Pratt was educated at Wesley Grammar School, Accra and received a Professional Training at Komenda Teachers Training College. He is the sixth child of ten children of the Late Most Rev. Charles & Mrs. Grace Awotwi Pratt. He was Commissioned in 1977 and Ordained in 1979.

Tremendous increase in District Local Preachers, with Gambians of all ages and vocations answering to God’s call.
Renovation and Refurbishment of the District Mission House and Offices built in 1824.
Establishment of Local Preachers library and training programme with the support of church partners in The Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
Rapid Growth in Ministerial Staff for the District
Founding of new Societies and Circuit in the Western Division with phenomenal growth registered in the Western Division Circuit in terms of membership.
Founding of the privatized Methodist Primary and Kindergarten Preparation of the Gambia District for Autonomy

EXPOSURE
International Conferences, meetings, seminars and workshops took him to Europe, Asia, North America, South America, across West, East and South Africa; between 1993 and 2003.

FAMILY
Bishop Pratt has five adult children: Mrs. Beatrice Fosu (Administrator, School of Veterinary Medicine, Legon); Charles, (Proprietor/Technical Director of Antarttic Cooling Services); Mrs. Grace L. A. Pratt-Morris Chapman (Lecturer, Presbyterian University, Cameroun); Gladys (Hotelier, Accra) Anna-Irene of Unibank; and Theophilus James Pratt (an adopted son). He has six grandchildren. (two from the adopted son).

INTERESTS
His interests include reading and current affairs, music, sports, gardening and watching T. V. news and Documentaries
